Good location connected to the mall, especially because we were in Dallas during the heatwave. Ample lobby space and conference rooms, comfortable beds / rooms, nice gym, and generous breakfast.

I like the modern look of the hotel. I could tell it was newer.

The building is beautiful but not clean. I was disappointed that my bathroom counter had stain like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The hallways were also dirty and needed vacuuming. For this to be a newer hotel I assumed it would be very clean and it wasn’t.

Rooms are very modern, thus built for smallest footprint. Good design but not spacious.

Clean rooms and excellent service.

Breakfast needs to start at 6AM at least. We were expecting to eat that morning before having to leave to a competition in the area. They said it started at 7AM.

The location was excellent. I was there for a few days alone before my husband arrived and I’ve never felt so safe at a hotel! The staff is overly attentive, which I loved. This place was CLEAN. I’m talking next level clean. All areas were kept immaculate to include the lobby, the downstairs bar and restaurant, hallways, fitness room, and elevators. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and updated. You cannot go wrong staying here, and I would 100% stay here again.
