The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel's location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in and the King suite is appointed so well with its kitchenette and bathroom that made my wife say wow, very comfortable!

Location was convenient to the Highway.

Rundown. The first room we were given we couldn’t get into because of a faulty lock. Then they moved us to a room across the hall that had mold and a huge fan drying us out. So then they moved us back to the original room which meant we couldn’t leave because the lock was faulty. There were holes in the wall where the toilet paper holder had been moved, the bathtub was gross and there was a hole in the couch cushion.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Bed was so comfortable and rooms were huge! Happy hour between 5 and 7 was fantastic too!

This was not the experience that was advertised. We were given a handicapped room with no mention of them not having a regular room, which we booked. There was a loud party with people screaming downstairs. Worst of all was the breakfast, which only included soggy cold pancakes, and freezing cold “omelettes” and sausage. Most people came down, looked at the options, and left. Just not what I expect from a Hilton…

My room was big and spotless. I had to check in at 2 in the morning and even though they only had check-in until midnight they waited for me. They even called me around 11 pm to see if I was okay and still coming. That was really kind of them. The girl at the reception was nice and friendly. She offered me a late checkout since I arrived so late so I could catch up on sleep. Overall I had an amazing stay. Also, the free private parking made a difference in terms of safety.

My mom ended up sleeping in a bed full of bedbugs. When we told the staff, they were very nice about everything and offered my money back or a free stay in the future.
