This rental is a plus five. Excellent quiet location on the river, and in the winter is a super place for snowbirds. NO loud boats or Sea Dos on the river. Amenities are excellent and communication with the host is excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay, I can recommend it! Good local places to eat within a few minutes drive, but not much desire to leave the property thanks to it's ideal location.

This place was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The house is clean, well kept, is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is right on the Colorado river. The views from the deck are beautiful! The owners were easy to contact, and very helpful. I would stay here again, and would definitely recommend to anyone else!

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood right on the Colorado River. There is a large deck to sit on and enjoy the beautiful scenery from. The house is modern and very comfortable. We loved our stay.

We had an absolute fantastic stay. Easy to find. Easy to get around town. So many things to do we hardly knew what to do next. Watching the ducks on the river while relaxing was a great way to spend the mornings for us. The home was very comfortable and all the amenities were there for our use. Would recommend.

Traveling for work
I came to work for 11 days and the accommodations were perfect for me! Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful place. Wish I had a boat to take advantage of the dock!

River Stay
The communication with the owner was exceptional. The property is fantastic and in a great location. The view is terrific of the Colorado River from the kitchen and living room which makes it special. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is great with an exceptional shower. We will return and thanks Jamie!

Beauty on the River
This property was exactly what we needed! It’s perfectly located, the owner was fantastic, he went beyond my expectation to ensure that we were able to check in in a timely manner, and the accommodations was exquisite. We will be using this property again❤️

Great place. Great riverfront location. 17 stairs to get to it. Upscale apartment in lower level of main house. Wind got the better of us one day.

Amazing place!!
We loved this place. Right on the river. We enjoyed watching the ducks in the mornings, the boats and jet skis running up and down the river the rest of the day. Fishing right off the dock!! The sunsets were so beautiful reflecting off the water!! It was very clean and so comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Jamie is an excellent communicator with fast replys. We highly recommend this place!!

Although the wind tried to win a couple of days, we defeated it
and had a wonderful time sitting on the terrace and watching
the boats. The apartment was great, everything you could want!
If we get a chance next year we'll be back!

Gorgeous riverfront location
The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. Constant views of the river from every room. The access to the dock and patios was perfect. I will definitely stay here every time I am in town.

This is a beautiful property. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing the whole time. We cooked everyday in the fantastic kitchen. It was just so cozy and has amazing views.

AMAZING
We love this place! It's beautiful and very clean. The family who owns the house are super nice and very accommodating! We spent several days there this summer and can't wait to go back! Oh its in a great location too. Close to everything you may need.
