It was so lovely to sit on the screened-in porch and watch the happy people of Santa Barbara stroll the path. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the check-in and stay were seemless.

The most gorgeous view! Spent every morning relaxing in the “atrium” watching the sunrise. Property is clean, well cared for and comfortable.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view in the front and a lush garden with lots of room to sit and hang out in the backyard. Great location right near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The spa was a plus and the house had everything a guest would need. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.

Was perfect for gathering place for our adult children. Very restful, plenty of room and easy access to shopping, the beach and restaurants. All with a wonderful ocean view!

This property is very comfortable for large families (we had 6 adults and two kids 6 and 2). The location is close to the funk zone, the moxie, grocery store and Trader Joe’s. And the best thing is the proximity to Leadbetter Beach, which is in walking distance! The sun room and jacuzzi is a great gathering spot after the activities of the day! The views of the Pacific Ocean are glorious!

This property has an incredible view in an incredible setting. The property is well-positioned with all amenities that would be needed for a homestay. It was extremely clean and set up well for our stay. We had a great time at this property. While the furniture is adequate and comfortable some recommendations would be to update the furniture, linens, and pillows. A good painting would be suggested. A Bluetooth speaker that could be used for music would also be a nice addition. Those are just recommendations and we had no complaints overall and truly enjoyed our stay.

Incredible views of the Pacific Ocean with a hot tub on the patio! Easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again!

The property was in an excellent location for the purpose of our stay. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and Santa Barbara Marina area from an enclosed patio. It was as advertised, very clean and very well stocked.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The views are absolutely amazing - we spent most of our time in the sun room enjoying the view. The location is great - easy to get Uber/Lyft rides or even walk to the harbor/pier/downtown. Some of the rooms/furniture is a little outdated, but the overall house and location makes up for it. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Six long-time friends from Maui, Denver, Houston, San Francisco, and Tuscaloosa, AL met in Santa Barbara to celebrate the year we all turn 60. What a great house for our low-key celebration. The view is stunning and I enjoyed watching the sunrise every day (did not expect to see the sun RISE over the Pacific). After a leisurely breakfast on the lanai, we went our separate ways to enjoy the beach, go for a run, enjoy the hot tub, or do some shopping. In the evenings, after dinner out, we enjoyed cocktails and conversation until the wee hours. We took advantage of the walkability to enjoy restaurants along the beach or on the pier. Santa Barbara is a wonderful place and the house was as stunning and perfect as the pictures portrayed it to be. We especially appreciated the labels everywhere, so that we could access everything we needed without endless searching. Check in and check out were easy, parking was convenient, and beach access was great.

Great location and view. Straight across from the beach. Trail available on the Street to the beach. House is pretty dated but well worth it.

Great place for an extended weekend Loved the porch

We loved our stay and the all-glass front room was the perfect way to start each day. Plenty of space for our 2 families of 4. Great walks right out the door and close to downtown. Created many wonderful memories there!

This house was ideally located to enjoy the beach, the downtown, and great bike rides for the cyclists in our group. The house is older, but maintained immaculately. The kitchen is well stocked with all the staples you need to cook in. The sun porch and the front patio area are absolutely lovely areas to relax in. We would definitely book this property again!

This has been our favorite house with VRBO, EVER! The views are stunning and beautiful. The location is epic, everything is close by. We have 2 young kids 8 and 3 and convenience is everything. There is a little dirt trail you can access not to far from the house to walk across the street to the beach, the wharf is close, shopping, food, park…. The hot tub and outdoor patio is a dream… We just loved this house and location. We will definitely be back.
