I would not stay here again. Walking into the apartment upon check in, I immediately noticed the stuffiness, dirty popcorn ceilings in the entry hallway, dirty carpets in the outside hallways, and then when we finally parked the car in the garage, we took the elevator back up and got hit with the odor of urine in the vestibule area. Beware: the parking space is tiny, you have to navigate around an SUV parked to the left and a concrete wall to the right. Our car rental agency ran out of compact SUV’s and gave us a standard SUV, which was a nightmare trying to fit into the designated spot. Next up, the shower. I almost didn’t even want to step into it, but after a long day of traveling, I had to get the grime off. The shower head was jammed through a gross makeshift hole in the wall and the shower curtain was dirty. We ate dinner, let the baby play and started getting ready for bed. That’s when I noticed how filthy the floors were. I let my son play barefoot inside the apartment and the bottom of his feet were black. Having just showered, I took a peek at my feet, which was also bare. Yep. Black. Also to note, no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen, dish soap dispenser in kitchen sink was broken, bottom portion of the bed seemed sunken in/broken, pillows smelled bad, couch was rock hard, and the AC didn’t work. I did try to reach out and got prompt responses but ultimately no actual follow through action. Do not recommend unless you don’t care for comfort or cleanliness.

While the host was responsive, the property was generally uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work most of the time but it was very loud when the windows were open. The kitchen was not very well stocked and a little sticky. The vinyl flooring came up with your feet in many places. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or bar soap available for the shower. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable, and there were kids yelling in the halls. If you’re a small family with children that don’t need to use the couch then it may work for you because it is has a play pen and stroller, but my friend and I were for the most part hot and uncomfortable.

Perfect spot close to disney with parking really nice spot everything was clean and nicely put together highly reccomend

The location and apt worked perfectly for our stay.

The positives are the bed is decent and the water gets hot fast. Otherwise it felt grimey and unwelcoming due to uncomfortable furniture, ect.

Pros: Communication and information for access and other details was top notch. Apartment was as advertised. Cons: Balcony hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Furniture is from the 60s. Sofa couch needs to be cleaned but should be replaced. It is so uncomfortable it’s almost unusable. Car wash across street is so loud windows need to be closed during operating hours.

My husband and I stayed here and enjoyed our visit. We picked the area as it was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go during our trip. The place was everything we needed for the 2 of us. Any issues we had we reached out to James and it was all immediately addressed. Would stay here again.
