Loved this corner unit! The view of the beach was wonderful! Loved the updated condo! Beds super comfy! Laura, the host, was wonderful to work with! Very prompt and thorough in her responses! Would stay here again!

This was a great experience for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time away! The house was beautiful, clean and no issues whatsoever!! Whenever we had questions or needed any amenities during our stay, Laura was easy to reach, responded quickly to our questions/needs, and we will most definitely be looking to stay at this location again!!

The condo is the most perfect place to stay. We were two couples, with lots of room, clean, beautiful, amazing views from windows and balcony, each couple had private bathroom, and such an easy access to a beautiful beach. We cooked our meals there, the kitchen is big and convenient. Laura, our host, was very easy to reach and was a great and helpful. We would definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Laura's condo! The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The location was a short drive to shopping and restaurants but far away from the crowds. I enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and evenings-even got up see a rocket launch! The pool was clean, had it all to myself. I would highly recommend this condo!

This condo was just as pictured, and was spotless. The view and proximity to the beach was unreal. Location was perfect for us, close enough to the action, but it was still quite, and private. I never seen more the 4 people at a time on the beach. We loved it, thank you Laura for being a wonderful host!

Wonderful stay!! The condo was exactly as advertised and well appointed with everything you needed. We ate lunch out each day and opted to cook dinner in each night. There was plenty of everything in the kitchen to allow us to make meals. There were even some spices in the cabinet, wine opener, and plenty of cookware. No crockpot in case you want to know but everything else!! The view from the balcony was just perfect and it wraps around the side of the living room where you can move your chairs when the sun comes up so it’s not in your eyes. Laura was prompt to respond when I had questions and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the updated bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. Access to the beach is so easy and unloading / loading was a breeze with the elevator and carts available. Would definitely recommend staying here!! There were even binoculars to watch the dolphins ☺️ The only recommendation I might make is two more chairs for the deck as we had four adults but we just used our extra beach chairs.

First time staying here. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was everything we could need since we cook in most nights. Location was amazing! Will definitely be renting this condo again. Property manager Laura was very prompt if I had any questions. This is definitely a must stay :)

Great place, very clean and pictures are real. Laura was great answering any questions. Kitchen is well equipped. Met great people that come every year and stay at the complex. Restaurants and groceries very close by. Will definitely recommend the unit. Looking forward to return. JL

I'd rate this place 10 stars if I could! From the minute we walked in, the condo smelled so fresh and was so clean and organized. The view from the balcony is absolutely superb, and the ease of access to the beach is unbeatable. There are tons of great restaraunts near by, a grocery store right down the road, and a super sweet mini golf course just a few minutes away! What I loved most about this place though is how "low key" it is. Very quiet and the beach was not busy at all! We wanted a relaxing and quiet vacation and that is most definitely what we got! Laura is an absolutely wonderful host and made our trip so easy with such great communication from the beginning of the booking process right until the day we left. After such an incredible stay here, it's hard to imagine staying anywhere else! We will be most definitely be back!

Great oceanfront property with awesome views and easy access to the beach. Very comfortable beds & linens, plenty of fresh towels. Close to restaurants.

I stayed here with my my partner and some friends. Place was very clean and spacious. Everything is modern and up to date, would definitely stay here again.

The condo was really nice. Had an assigned parking space. Had a little trouble with the code on the lock but the owner was easy to reach and fixed it right away. The view of the ocean was beautiful. You could hear the waves all night. Very short walk to the beach and the beach was clean. I would definitely stay again. The only thing different I would do was ask for more towels and washcloths. Overall awesome stay.

Laura’s condo was fabulous and very convenient to everything in town. We would definitely stay there again.

A very nice and well appointed second floor condo that was very clean. I thought it was quite close to the ocean with a full beachfront view both north and south. The pool was spotless and very refreshing. Close to everything you need. I would rent again for sure. Owner was good with personal contact. My best 5 star rating.

Manager made us aware our water would be cut off for 2 days which became 3days. The manager gave us some money back for 2of the 3 days. She was unaware of the timing also. This did interrupt our vacation. Also the rugs downstairs need to be cleaned. Also condo downstairs did cause all 3 of us to develop severe allergy symptoms. I had an asthma flare up. Since The complex is older, I think there was mold and mildew, because I am highly allergic to mold and mildew. I hope this can be corrected. The manager was nice .

All was well except the locking mechanism on the front door. It took numerous times to unlock. Also would be very nice if washer and dryer was inside the unit. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

We had an amazing time here! This condo is even more incredible in person. The views can’t be beat and it is super clean. The beach and pool are so pretty and peaceful, and not crowded at all. They are also very clean. The beds(and all furniture, really) are so comfy. Having a dedicated parking space close to our room was a really nice bonus. The condo had every amenity we could need and a Publix is right up the road. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from if you’re looking to eat out. We also found a cute little ice cream shop called Surfin’ Scoops, with a little mini golf and view of the ocean, only a few minutes away. We had great communication with the owner. I could tell she truly enjoys and takes pride in taking care of her beautiful condos and making sure renters have the best stay. We are so glad to have had the opportunity to stay here. My husband and kids and I all agree this was our favorite place that we’ve ever stayed and we are already planning our next stay!

Great location, right on the beach!

This rental was absolutely perfect. First time I have ever returned home and was sad because I wanted to be back at the Condo. This condo worked so well for my family. I get up early so I could go downstairs and watch TV without bothering anyone. My boys stay up late and so my daughter and I could go on to bed. And it's like having your own private beach. There are never more than a hand full of people. Ms. Laura has anything you can think of available inside. Thank you for making this the best place we've ever stayed!

This property was very nice, clean and peaceful. The interior is tastefully decorated with a nice beach feel. The beach and surrounding area are very low key which made for a very relaxing time for my family - we would definitely like to return to this property in the future. The host was very prompt with answering any questions I had and let me know all the information I needed well ahead of time. Beyond satisfied with our stay at this property!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Recently renovated … we especially loved gathering around the large island and of course the wrap around porch. Every detail taken care of by the owner who also was very available for any questions. Beach not too crowded which is a plus. Highly recommend this unit and owner for future rentals.

If you want a quiet beach for your family trip, this is the place. The beach is just a walk down the steps. We were there for spring break and the beach was not at all crowded. The kids boogie boarded for hours on the waves and built giant sand castles. And there are no cars allowed on the beach like in Daytona. It was so nice to have the condo so close for bathrooms, food breaks and baby naps. The pool was warm and not crowded. Plenty of chairs available. The grocery store was just down the street and all the restaurants and touristy stuff is just a few minutes away in Daytona. The condo was very clean and spatious. Two showers was a definite plus and plenty of towels. It was so nice to have a full kitchen instead of a small kitchenette. The owner was very responsive to questions. The back deck has plenty of chairs to watch the sunrise and listen to the waves. We would definately like to stay here again and would recommend to others who love the beach.

Loved Ormond Beach and the red color of the sandy beach was fascinating. The condo was very comfortable, extremely short walk to the beach, beds were comfy. I felt the downstairs is more spacious than it looks in photos. Great balcony, almost felt like you were on the beach you are so close. Owner is extremely responsive, we would definitely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed this condo very much. Having the corner unit made the ocean view even more incredible and the private balcony was definitely a plus, as you truly feel like you have the building to yourself. The owner, Laura, is more than just a person on the end of the line. She is very personable, prompt to reply and is happy to help if you have any questions or concerns. My only regret about this trip, is that we didn’t make our accommodations for a few more days. This was our first time visiting Ormond Beach, so not only will be back, but we we plan to stay at Laura’s condo as well! Thank you for sharing your home with us Laura, we loved everything about it!
