We had the best weekend stay here for my sisters bachelorette trip.

Myself and 3 co workers stayed for a week and the place was perfect for what we needed. Owner was quick to respond. Would recommend!

Clean, convenient and fun.

We had a great host who made sure we were well cared for. We were in town for a wedding so we did not spend a lot of time in the house, but it was comfortable for all and did not disappoint. If we ever come to KC again, we will look for this property 1st!

The house was ok. There were strange smells and the pictures looked nicer than the place was in reality. Nothing was really wrong, it just wasn’t an outstanding experience.

The location was great for my family. It was very clean. The only negative was the fireplace didn't work. The beds were crazy comfortable. It was nice to have extra space with family in from out of town.

Our family group enjoyed the property. We had enough room for a little Christmas tree with gifts and was able to entertain us all for the New Year. The cost was very fair and handled our group just fine. We prepared several meals with the kitchen. If we have the need again, we will come back!

Property was very clean, plenty of room for small family get away. Owner was easily in touch the whole time for any questions!

This house was just right for our group. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was outfitted nicely.

The property itself was as advertised, very nice, clean, and beautifully designed. Vanessa was excellent and very accommodating, making sure that there was a second travel crib available for the property when we requested it. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a great area, close to so many of Kansas City’s finest attractions. The home was super clean and so comfortable for our family of 5. The beds were heavenly! I even contacted the owner to get the model to purchase for my own home. Speaking of the owner, she was super fast at responding to anything we needed and eager to ensure our stay was amazing. It was an easy drive to the downtown area and there were tons of great food choices less than 5-10 minutes away. The house was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We hope to return again someday!

Very clean property and well stocked. Enjoyed all the USB charges and the Roku TV worked nicely. Trundle Bed was missing bedding, but we made do with blankets provided. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed ourselves at this house for 10 days! Everything was exactly as described! Vanessa was VERY prompt regarding the one small issue of the master shower draining too slow- she had her plumber over immediately (on Easter weekend to boot) and he had it fixed within 10 minutes!! The kitchen area and living area were very nice and the table suited our family perfectly! The BEDS were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!!!!!! That’s a huge PLUS in our books !! This is a hime we would definitely rent again! 5 STAR STAY

I traveled with my husband and sister to Kansas City so they could ski in the Weston. The drive for them to the ski resort was around 45 minutes. Downtown was very easy to access and was a short 15-20 minute drive. We used Uber a couple of times to go to the downtown area and our trips averaged around $20. The home is near the Shawnee area and Overland Park areas as well. Restaurant options are great and less than five minutes from the house. We were in the blue unit which is on the right side of the property if you are facing it. Parking was in front of the house and our two vehicles fit easily in the spaces. The house is beautifully decorated with a great attention to detail down to blue shower curtain holders. The blue theme flows through each room without being overpowering. The art selected also adds a nice touch. An added bonus is that it is beautiful without making you feel you should not sit down. The living room had throws to use on the sofa and various pillows for comfort. As you enter the property there is a half-bath, kitchen and living area on the ground floor. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items you should need including a coffee pot for pods and for larger amounts. There is a dining table that will seat 6 comfortably and an amazing velvet blue sofa and chairs in the living area. With the Roku smart TVs in each room and the living area we were able to watch tv or listen to music throughout our stay. The second floor had a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a double sink at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom which had a King Size adjustable bed is to the right of the stairs. It has a small bathroom with a shower and toilet and a single sink outside of the bathroom which was convenient to use while someone is in the shower. There is not a closet that is accessible, however, this has been compensated with a hanging rack for clothing. To the left of the stairs past the large bathroom is bedroom two, which had a Queen adjustable bed, smart tv and closet. The third bedroom which had a full/twin bunk and closet area is to the left of Bedroom 2. It was a great size if you are traveling with kids or teens. Vanessa was a great host and quickly answered any questions we had. I would recommend this home for any trips to KC.
