Host was extremely accommodating and communicative. She was excellent to do business with. The condo was exactly as described and was in a great location for area attractions.

We had a great time staying here! The host was very easy to work with and always answered any questions in a timely manner. This location is close enough to shops that we could walk to most places. Would totally recommend staying here.

Comfortable and convenient

This condo was amazing for our family. Our two teens had their own rooms and we all had plenty of space. It was exactly as shown in the pictures! Communication with the host was fast and positive, I could not recommend her or this condo more! We parked conveniently close but never needed it. Great restaurants, shopping and the beach are right there! What a great little vacation!

This unit was perfect for our party of 11. Location was wonderful and Doriana was a great host!

Had a great time. Beautiful view off the balcony listening to the ocean. The space is great. The challenge was when got there and trying to get everything in. There is a very limited drop off area. Oh, and if you will need to bring microwave safe dishes or paper plates. The plates and bowls provided are NOT microwave safe. Probably my only complaint.

From beginning to end Doriana, our condominium host, provided 1st Class service and accommodations! Responded quickly to the many questions I had before arriving at the condo. Provided great recommendations as to where to visit and restaurants to try. I absolutely loved how Doriana was available to answer any needs we had through the VRBO direct messaging service. One of the best experiences I’ve had in years!!

The property manager was very kind and helpful. She was exceptional in communication and helping us answer questions when needed. The property is a great location right in the middle and walking distance to the boardwalk. The resort itself is more like a 3 star. The description is accurate the resort staff is there to help the needs of the hotel guests. There were some elevators that were not working during our stay and there was a bit of a slow down with traffic up and down. The indoor pools were nice but there were a lot of people staying during our stay and the pools were busy so we leaned toward going to the beach more. Very convenient to get to, walking distance. Overall a good stay.

We had a great time. Location was great. We had issues with the plumbing but the communication with the owner was fast, and got the problem fixed the same afternoon.

My family stayed earlier this month, the property doesn’t look like the pics listed. Lots of paint peeling, door knobs missing, curtain rods bent etc. The bed in the master bedroom fell apart on me without my husband even being on the bed. It wasn’t sturdy at all, we had to fix the bed ourselves in order to go to sleep the second night. However I will say the host Doriana was excellent! She answered everyone of my messages within 5 min or less which to me is amazing! If these few minor things get fixed I would give this property 5 stars!

Let me start by saying that Doriana was amazing to deal with from last year. We originally had the vacation booked for Aug 2020 and with everything going on Doriana was nice enough to work with us in rebooking for this year. Upon walking in there was no hook latch on the front door and there was a hole underneath the door knob which could give someone access to breaking in which Doriana fixed immediately. the master bed is broken the safe in the master bedroom is locked and unable to get into. The chairs at the table are loose and feel as if they’re going to break, the bedroom with two queen size beds there’s no control for the TV, toilet in hallway is not secured to floor. We did get locked out of the room and Doriana was able to get the problem fixed as immediate as possible. All in all we enjoyed the stay, loved being directly on the beach and close to shopping and the strip.

Overall, yes we recommend! The condo is exactly as described and the host was incredibly responsive. They do need to change out cleaning service though. There was so much sand on the floors that you couldn't walk in bare feet without your feet getting covered. Add two teenagers into the mix who won't put on shoes and then there's sand on the sofa (transferred from floor to sofa via bare feet), chairs, shower... We resorted to using towels as area rugs. We would have appreciated there being either no sand or some area rugs to have a chance to wipe feet off. We didn't track in extra sand from outside - it was already all over the floors and embedded into the grain of the lovely wood floors. Also not the host's fault but we were lucky enough for the AC unit to seize up and stop working the first evening. Waited up (exhausted after a very long drive) for the incredibly responsive host to bring fans for us to use but it was quite humid and hot that first night. Then we had the complexity of having repair people there while we were. It happens... and that isn't a reason not stay here but it took away from our overall experience. The high rise is massive and booked to capacity. Waiting on elevators with lots and lots of people every time you come or go; crammed in with as many non-mask wearing people as you can imagine. Made us uncomfortable even when wearing masks but it's "covid-era times" and South Carolina doesn't have any restrictions. We liked the condo layout and it was a good size for our group. We loved the view. It is time to invest in non-wafer thin pillows and the little extra suite didn't have any overhead lighting so you had to walk all the way into a dark room to turn on a floor lamp. Location was good for us - some exploring the area each day and some going golfing. I would recommend this condo because the owner is fantastic and since you most likely will have issues no matter where you go, it's so much better to have an owner that is easy to get in touch with and very, very responsive and proactive. A few minor tweaks and this will be an A+ stay for everyone else.

Doriana was absolutely wonderful to work with. She answered every question and arranged for us to get in early on the day of our arrival. We did have several concerns. The condo looked exactly like the pictures except everything was worn and not fresh looking, paint was peeling on a couple of the doors. The kitchen was not stocked well. There was only four coffee cups for a condo that sleeps 10. We ended up having to purchase some basic kitchen items. The condo had a musty smell and the odor in the hallway to the elevator would literally gag you. There were 9 chairs crammed onto the balcony, you could not even step on the balcony, we had to move chairs into the condo to be-able to walk out. Half of the chairs were missing cushions. You could not put anything into a closet as they were packed with roll away beds, beach chairs and beach stuff.

We all enjoyed the condo especially the view of the fireworks from the balcony! The location was great as far as being able to walk to restaurants and things to do!

The was the best I have had in Myrtle Beach!! The location was perfect and tge Beach access was so easy to get too. The property owner was AMAZING and I would recommend her property any friends and family that may be traveling to Myrtle Beach.

Fabulous location, super host! Dorian was very accommodating and quick to answer all our questions. Would definitely stay again. One note: if it rains, be patient - it’s a high-rise so at peek times you’ll have a wait for the elevator.

The condo was exactly as described and a perfect get a way right on the beach. It was very clean and the owner gave excellent instructions and information about parking and how to get in and out. She was always available when I had a couple of questions and she responded immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the beach in Myrtle Beach. Thank you!

This corner condo was spacious and had beautiful beachfront Ocean and sunrise views. Important to know that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are 2 separate cities. Our phone maps initially guided us to the wrong location. Match for zip code primarily to stay on track! We didn’t utilize the pool area downstairs as we preferred the beach daily but lots of families were having fun in both areas. Starbucks downstairs was a definite plus! Recommend you pack your own beach-gear including chairs and towels as those are limited at the resort and not in the unit. We only had to contact the host once during the trip and she was very prompt in responding. The one drawback was the location of the parking garage across the street and the very small loading/unloading area in front of the resort which was only noticed on our first and last days. Otherwise it was a great stay for our family.

Our stay at the location was great. The views were great. Very contemporary and modern. Loading and unloading was a bit of a hassle because of the number of people on vacation. I’ll book again on my next beach vacation

Great time

Clean and spacious condo, great beachfront location close to town, and with an incredible host to boot. This was a great home base for a buddies golf trip, and Doriana was very quick to respond to all communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit, newly renovated. Great location. It rained our entire stay and if it hadn’t, we would have walked to so much. Several restaurAnts in walking distance. Our teen enjoyed the Starbucks in the building and her own private balcony in her room. Our 5 yr old was was very pleased with the indoor pool. We were celebrating our 12 yr olds bday and she loved the nearby wax museum and wonder works museum ( fun for all ages)

Only got to stay a short time, but loved the view from the balcony!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and updated. We loved having the kitchen available to make food for multiple meals. All linens, towels, and toiletries were available as promised. Communication with the property manager was easy, all of our questions were answered quickly. Getting an elevator to move our stuff in and out was nearly impossible as we waited at least 30 minutes each time, and getting a cart was a hassle, but neither is a direct reflection on this unit individually. We are thankful for the vacuum cleaner in the room because it helped to reduce the amount of sand we were walking on. We look forward to another stay in the future.

I love Mrytle Beach and vacation here often. Usually I stay on the south side but was looking for a change. Dorianna was a fabulous host and was easy to communicate with whenever we needed something. She answered quickly and was always willing to help. You are literally right on the beach. We could sit on the balcony and watch our teens to be sure they were socially distancing. Everything we wanted was so close that we were able to pack a lot of adventure into a mini vacation. We celebrated birthdays at the Medival Times (a must do) and walked the boardwalk. Everything is convenient and allows you plenty of time to take breaks especially for us seniors. Lots of room in the condo to allow for personal space and areas to come together for family time and dinners. Thanks Dorianna for sharing your home.

Absolutely beautiful property. Looks more amazing than the pictures, and Doriana is an awesome property manager definitely will be staying here again. It is literally walking distance to everything on the strip we never used the car.

Really nice condo with direct ocean view, good A/C, and large kitchen. 6 people over 16 and never had to wait for a bathroom or shower. EXCELLENT communication with the owner.

Plenty of space for 6 of us. Well equipped. Owner provided exceptional communication through the whole process.

We stayed for 3nights with 2 families and everyone had enough space to sleep and hangout when not at the beach. Location is right on the boardwalk within short walk to sky wheel and tons of restaurants & little shops. Property was not spotless but I'm very picky so it could be very clean for other peoples standards. Anoter hing thing to keep in mind kitchen accessories are minimal. Overall it was a great place to spend few days at the beach.
