1st Floor — INCREDIBLE VIEW
One of our favorite spots we’ve rented. Lisa was amazing. Condo was just as advertised.

This was our first time staying in this unit, but not our first at the Celadon. We LOVED the first floor convenience and the parking spaces located under the condos. This made things so much easier. Communication was excellent and Lisa was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The condo itself was beautiful and equipped with everything you'd need for your stay. We look forward to staying again! Thank you for a wonderful week!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this condo and it is by far our favorite. Lisa is always helpful and quickly replies to any messages. It would be nice to have a crock pot to have quick meals and not have to stand over the stove.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the weather was great for November and it wasn’t the busy time of year which was ideal! Everything was as described and clean! We had just about anything we could have wanted in way of an equipped kitchen as well as entertainnment, beach items and linens. The view was perfect! The communication was clear and just right. We hope to be back soon! It may be our favorite beach stay yet and we've done quite a few. Blessings!

This condo was adorable, looks just like the pictures. Great location. Great parking. Everything you need! Bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay! Few negatives, roaches, dusty ceiling fan, and food in between the oven and counter top. I’m not sure if roaches are just a thing in Florida, but we saw them just about everywhere we went.

Great 1st floor location with reserved parking spot! The view was spectacular. Very clean property with nice beach decor. Comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress was a plus. New beach chairs and umbrella set-up ($35-40 daily value) included! Very convenient location to shopping, dining and anything you might wish for. Great laid-back family atmosphere. Easy airport access. Very accommodating host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was great! The parking space and the beach chair service decibel came in handy. This was our 4th time staying in 107 and we continue to enjoy this condo. Lisa checked in on us throughout the stay as well to make sure everything was going smooth.

Lovely condo directly on the beach. The view is beautiful and the condo is very nice. Everything you need is there. Just a short walk to the beach, or sit on the balcony and just enjoy it from there! There's plenty of room and the finishes are lovely. You will truly enjoy every minute at this condo.

Lisa was wonderful to rent from. She was so nice and very accommodating as we only booked 3 days before the trip! The condo was beautifully decorated, and we loved the convenience of being on the 1st floor and not having to use elevators. The condo was stocked better than any condo I have ever been to! From beach toys, beach towels, all you need kitchen wise and even more than just the standard starter supplies of hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, etc!
I typically prefer a higher floor but would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying in this condo and it's always perfect. The only thing I can come up with that would be nice to have is a crockpot and/or an air fryer. We look forward to staying here again. We really loved knowing we have two parking spots so close.

Beautiful place!
This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and this condo and location did not disappoint! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! We loved being able to walk to our automobile and to the beach without having to take an elevator. It was just a few minutes drive to Pier Park which our whole family loved shopping and dining at. I would recommend this condo to anyone thinking of visiting PCB. We will definitely be back!

Cons: dated household goods (toilet seats, bedding, mattress pads, couches), noisy at night with apartment above and Main Street activity, and broken dishwasher (owner offered to have a new one installed during our trip after I addressed it)

Family beach vacation
Hesitate to stay at high rise condo, we usually rent townhouse, but this first floor condo was a breeze,access to beach was very easy and fast. Lisa made checking in very easy and was available for questions and even checked in throughout our stay. The condo was clean and welcoming. Overall great experience, would absolutely rent again.

Slice of Gulf Paradise
We stayed 6/19-6/26. As luck would have it it rained and stormed Sat- Wednesday of our trip. We spent a lot of time in this room, playing board games, using the kitchen to make our favorite snacks, and watching movies! It truly felt like a home away from home. We opened the curtains to a beautiful gloomy view, until finally a sunny one. We spent the entire day Wednesday soaking up the sun, and clear waters. Lisa was wonderful to communicate with, empathizing with the weather and rip currents, and even checking to make sure we enjoyed the sun. The room was fully stocked with sand toys, and boogie boards. Our children loved the bunk beds, commenting on them being larger than others they’ve had on past vacation. The master bed was comfy, and roomy. The decor was tasteful, and well thought out! We loved it so much, we plan to visit again!

The property was clean and a good location away from the party scene. We had easy access to our car under the building. Communication with Lisa was great. We could not have asked for better owners to stay with. The blackout curtains were perfect for putting our toddler down for his naps. The view of the water was perfect. This was a great stay for our small family.

Amazing!
My husband and I haven’t been to PCB since we were kids...going on 20 years. So, we were thrilled to be able to take our kids. From the moment, I booked, Lisa was in communication to make sure we were completely comfortable. And the condo is amazing. Perfect views and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a vacation we won’t ever forget. Thanks so much for making that condo feel like a home for our week there.
