Location and the fact that there was a public adjacent to the property. Great view at night

The fact that we had to switch rooms three times. First unlit loud noise every 30sec from master toilet shower not clean. Second room bathroom not cleaned hair in shower, hair in the bed on the pillows food still in the refrigerator. Third room shower not clean calcium build up in shower head nasty soap scum on shower doors and shower tiles. Bed sheets stained. cleaning lady switched sheets for me and tried to clean shower. I had to go to Publix and buy Kaboom to clean the shower. A portion of my stay should be refunded for the inconvenience. you all ask for a certain amount to be paid prior to coming, then I should have Received a clean condo. Luxury nothing luxury nor grand about this! We drove 9 1/2 hours and was expecting better! I looked for other hotels but everything was booked.

location. it’s in Doral. very good restaurants nearby. wonderful view to Miami Skyline.

administration service was regular at reception. changed into nice treatment during checkout. rented a 3BD Apartment. it wasn’t super clean what you would expect from a grand luxury hotel.

I didn’t like that I paid for an upgrade for my room to be a one bedroom and paid an extra $300 through booking and never got the upgrade nor did Provident receive the $300 but didn’t have the room I asked for.so I had to settle for a studio bcuz the property was sold out.

it was secure, very clean whole block of restaurants , big park for kids . just beautiful

the pool was not open due to construction but they did have a pool at the sister location down the block that also had a bar and lunch. beds were uncomfortable nice pillows though .

Great location clean easy check in and out

No internet reported servaral times but it was never fixed ask that they give me updates on it and never got one. Coffee maker didn't work. No staff to help during weekend as office closes at5pm Friday. No pool as under construction

staff not the friendliest. no access to garage parking, constantly had to get off car and call for help to enter. tv was broken and didn’t work

Room was perfect! Very clean and plenty of space. I was very impressed. Gym was awesome. Kids play area was awesome. Lots of walkable restaurants and park across the street.

The only downside was that pool was closed. You can use the pool at the sister property but they close pretty early. Also, no wash clothes 6.

I didn't like how they didn't have everything organized for when I got there. I had to be buzzed in the whole weekend because the fob didn't work. I also didn't like how we didn't get to utilize the pool but I understand that it was under construction

The decor in the lobby and the room. The location and the close proximity to the local restaurants. The atmosphere was fabulous during the day and night. The staff (women) were always friendly.

The TV, the central air, and even the dryer didn’t work/function properly and we didn’t receive a discount nor some type of gift card for our inconvenience. As we had to indure no central air. When reported the 1st day. No repairman responded!!! This is where the property should have jumped in and offered a discount or gift. are, something.

Since the moment of check in the person was not very friendly. They wouldnt even hold the luggage until check in time. Definitely not a hotel feeling as they are selling. The pool is not working, for pool access you have to to other properties. The AC stopped working during the stay. Would not recommend or use again

no swimming pool while we see it on the pictures on booking. the beds were not of good quality. the elevator was out of order the day of our departure no carrier for luggages available upon our arrival
