This property is clean, well maintained and in a quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood. I’m not sure I saw another person at surrounding properties. The fenced in yard is perfect for taking woman’s ;) (okok or man’s) best friend, Spot (replace with your dogs name) along (+pet fee). Everything to clean up after Spot is right there at hand as well. Full kitchen for making your own meals, garage space, and well lit entrances. Easy and quick access to convenient centers and highways. Pleased with this rental and would suggest to others and reserve for myself again. The only reason scored with four Star was payment and communication issues caused by VRBO app, not owner or property.

We were in town for a high school reunion. This house was centrally located to all the activities. It was a great place to stay. The house was clean, the photos were accurate to the property, and we relaxed and enjoyed a walk down memory lane. I highly recommend this Vrbo if you are in need around here.

Three of us were in town for a conference and this was a perfect location and experience. Garage access was super helpful with the snow. Will definitely stay again when we're back in town.

Visiting family in the greater KC area. Wonderfully warm home with everything we needed for comfort and meal preparation. Great fenced backyard for my sons puppy to play. A couple of small issues at check in were taken care of very quickly. We even had all we needed for the 8 inches of snow that surprised us. Listing is accurate, but the home is better than the pictures. And we kinda missed Christmas at home and were wonderfully surprised by a fully decorated tree in the living room. Thank you so much for our visit. We will be back in a few months.

From beginning to end experience was awesome. Jane helped me find things to do with the family, provided a safe and clean house to stay, and was always prompt in her responses to my questions. Property was dog friendly with a big fenced back yard. Neighborhood felt safe to take dog for a walk after 9pm. We will definitely stay there again if we travel to KC! Thanks Jane!

We were pleasantly surprised by everything the house had to offer. It is stocked with essentials including coffee, oil and spices, shower supplies, bath toys, plenty of towels and a washer and dryer for us! A great place to stay in while we were part of a friend’s wedding in Kansas City. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean and a great place to stay. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to not have to drive far. Parking in the garage was an added bonus. My only complaint would be that the yard could have used some TLC. We sat on the deck and the weeds were taking over the backyard.

This was a great location for us, near family. Peaceful neighborhood, friendly nextdoor neighbors. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Garage with opener was so great for being able to enter and exit without fear of the dogs getting free from us when they were excited in a new place. Home is perfectly furnished for a short term rental. All the conveniences you would need. Clean, tidy, uncluttered and even a few kitchen dry goods. Things we didn't need but would be beneficial to know about: pack-n-play stowed in closet, a couple toys for a toddler including bath toys. Kitchen has seating for six. Large comfortable sectional in living room. Extra toiletries in both bathrooms and a hair dryer and curling iron. AC works great, it did appear to be locked for the low point at 67, can adjust warmer. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Mattresses and pillows appeared new. Flat screen tv in living room and main bedroom. Washer and dryer in the basement.

Property was very clean, had everything you could need including shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, plenty of yard space for a dog and even a dog set up. Beds were all full/queen size. Even had some toys for the kids there. Nice addition. Very cute, warm and welcoming. Even garage access for cars in case of inclement weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host checked in on us to see if we needed anything and was very kind. The house was perfect for three adults and two kids. Many amenities in the house and everything worked. We will stay here again !!

We used the house to hang out and play yard games for celebrating my graduation. It was a great experience and everyone had an awesome time!
