Beautiful hotel charming view great personel nothing to add!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was very nice. The room was wide and very comfortable. Breakfast was good! One of the best hotels we've ever been in Greece!

One of the best, if not THE best resort we have stayed in. a family of four with two children and this was exactly what we needed. Calm, serene location, great breakfast with delicious local products, amazing service, beautiful design and brilliant location for us to explore Mani. it was such an amazing holiday and we will return. thank you I would like to specifically call out Nikos and Penny at reception and breakfast service who were amazing! both excellent examples of how customer service should be!

Penny made our stay truly memorable. She was kind, responsive, helpful and so accommodating. She arranged massages for us which were excellent and little lunchboxes for our journey home as we missed breakfast. Good location close to Limeni. Easy parking.

The Staff are so fantastic, friendly and professional. The Hotel rooms, facilities, locations, and more are great and beyond expectation. I will recommend the hotel very happily, and will visit again myself.

Room description and management of complaints. Our junior suite (N°6) was without a side sea view as described The view was only gained outside from the patio perimeter We complained & were moved to a more expensive Grand suite, one of two available options. Upon checkout, the manager didn't accept the reason for our complaint, treating the move as an upgrade request & applied an additional charge of €116. Despite highlighting the misleading description, the manager challenged the fact & accused us of brinkmanship. In recognition that a superior suite had been provided, we offered an additional €40 as a fair solution. Whilst continuing to be confrontational, the manager reluctantly accepted. We have no interest in these unpleasant exchanges whilst on holiday and found the manager's intolerance of what we considered a legitimate complaint surprising and unsettling.
