Very clean, excelent view, very friendly stuff, in one word beautiful location.

Pretty far from beach and restaurants

The pool is the piece de resistance, being the most beautiful thing of the accommodation. It is a quiet area with a wide sea view.

Depending on the room you choose, you may be lucky to have a great stay or not. The initial room was moldy and the bathroom was degraded (rooms 2, 3). We pointed this out, and the host (the young gentleman) was extremely helpful and responsive and immediately offered us a solution - another room upstairs. He also suggested a restaurant and taxi. Thanks for that! Taxi, yes, because the distance to the old centre is approx 48 minutes by foot, through the darkness. The taxi costs around 15 leva. I appreciate the professional attitude of the host, but there would have been no discussions if the cleaning measures had been taken beforehand. For the view, pool and host I will give 10, for the first room I will give 2. Hence the final score. I hope the management of the hotel will take care of these issues and I wish them good luck!

The view was amazing. I can highly recommend this hotel for relaxing.

Great location, 5 minute drive from Smokinia beach or Sozopol. Lovely pool, gorgeous view, direct access to the sea. Very chill and relaxing, polite hosts. It’s my second time here and loved it both times.

Magnificent views Great hosts Kind staff Quiet, clean, cozy atmosphere

Room was clean and have everything you need, bed is comfortable, big bathroom with enough towels. Room is on the last floor but you have an elevator, if you don't want to go by the stairs. The big terrace with sea view and two sunbeds is a big plus for me. The staff is really kind and try to help you with everything you need. There is a free parking that for Sozopol is a big, big, big plus (if there is no place to park next to the hotel, staff provides you a parking spot on a private parking, on the next street).

There is nothing I can mention.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant! The view was amazing as well!

The hotel has shower cabins. Ours kept flooding up and leaking somewhere from underneath.

Location and views are breathtaking!!! We would love to be back. Host/owners, amazing people, sweet and helpful! Would recommend to anyone!!!
