Me encantaron las instalaciones, el término que utilizan para describir instalaciones de lujo pero con un toque rústico es de “glamcamp”. El personal muy atento y amables siempre. Se pueden planificar y/o reservar algún tour privado directamente con el hotel. Ellos se hacen cargo de todo y fue una experiencia única que volvería a repetir. Las piscinas muy buenas, la comida bastante buena. Lo mejor de todo es la impresionante playa de Nacpan, maravilloso.

En realidad todo está muy bonito, el wifi podría fallar o ser un poco intermitente.

- beautiful location on Nacpan beach which is quiet clean and scenic. ( However road to get there is mental.. but not hotels fault) - comfortable spacious room well equipped - friendly and attentive staff. ( I especially liked they were kind to the dogs without the dogs interfering with the guests) - 2 swimming pools and a small but new gym. - airport transfers included - vegan menu - friendly and respectful dogs.

- sensor lights in bathroom- go on full if you need to get up in middle of night and there’s no way around this. - cannot turn off balcony lights so room was rather light at night making it harder to sleep - a little challenging with location as road is unsealed and rough and will cost a lot more if you intend on doing day trips ( however just stay! And relax. Best beach in area) - in house massage was average ( no music, no pillow under ankles, didn’t use the oil I requested, didn’t cover my eyes) expected more for the price.

1500$ disappeared from my safety box . The hotel manager just gave me a position 4 days later of my check out saying only her supervisor has the safety box key and was impossible someone took my money from inside the safety box and to me reconsider my loss. The hotel didn’t take any responsibility for that . Even a sorry for the incident I heard from them . On my check out day I tried to put my safety box password that’s the same of my credit card and phone and didn’t work . I felt something weird why it’s not working . I went to the reception to ask someone to open it . The assistant manager comes to open it . After she opened it I count my money and was missing 1500$ . Another uncommon fact was one of the days during my stay I was having breakfast at the restaurant and I decided to go to my room . When I was arriving in my room one of the staff was coming out from my room 8:30 in the morning without any Intention to clean it . I felt something weird too . Why someone is inside my room at this time of the morning coming out . The hotel don’t have any cameras that doesn’t give any security for the guests . I couldn’t go to police cause i discovered it 1:30h before take my flight . That’s changed my whole experience at the hotel .

Die Zimmer waren super, die Anlage auch sehr schön.

Keine 10/10 sind die Preise im Restaurant, der Weg zur Anlage und leider der schon sehr langsame Service im Restaurant. Alle sind wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht aber es wirkt als würde einfach eine adequate Ausbildung fehlen für ein Etablissement in dieser Preisklasse. In kurz: Unserer Meinung nach ist das Personal super, wir denken ein supervisor und zusätzliche Weiterbildungen im Service und dann steht das perfekte Team :)

Positiv: - die Lage und das Hotel sind wunderschön. Der Pool ist toll, das Restaurant mit Blick aufs Meer ebenso. Auch die Hotelzimmer sind sehr schön! - Alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich! Mit ihrer netten und freundlichen Art schaffen sie es immer wieder, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Das ist wirklich hervorragend. Schon beim Ankommen wird man von netten Mitarbeitern außergewöhnlich herzlich begrüßt. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich toll. Immer freundlich und immer am Lächeln. - Das Essen und die Getränke. Alles schmeckt hervorragend und wird schön angerichtet präsentiert (wenn es endlich mal ankommt, dazu siehe unten). Aber leider reicht das nicht, um die vielen negativen Aspekte aufzufangen.

Negativ: - Es ist das teuerste Hotel am Strand. Da erwartet man auch etwas Exklusivität. Aber die gibt es nicht! Ab spätestens 10 Uhr fallen die Tagestouristen im Hotel ein. Dadurch wird es unglaublich voll und laut. Nur mit Glück bekommt man noch einen guten Platz auf einer der wenigen Sonnenliegen. Teilweise wird der Pool zur Foto-Location - wenn die Tagestouristen sich präsentieren und Fotos und Videos machen. Das nervt! Außerdem hat man niemals Ruhe. Bei einem Urlaub in einem teuren Hotel erwartet man etwas anderes! - Es wird überhaupt nicht kontrolliert wer Tagesgast ist und wer Hotelgast. Jeder kann sich am Hotelpool oder Strand breitmachen. Da fragt man sich, warum man so viel Geld für solch ein Hotel zahlt. - Durch die vielen Gäste dauert es ewig (!) bis man Getränke oder Essen bekommt. Teilweise haben wir bis zu 30 Minuten auf Getränke gewartet. Auch wenn es nur eine Flasche Bier war, die dann oft nicht richtig kalt war. Ähnlich beim Essen. Das hat auch nichts mit Ungeduld zu tun. Bei einem Abendessen hatten wir zwei Gerichte schon gegessen als endlich auch mal das erste Getränk kam. - Preise für Getränke und Essen sind deutlich teurer als in allen anderen Locations am Strand. - Am Pool herrscht eigentlich Rauchverbot. Auch das wird nicht kontrolliert. Tagesgäste können rauchen ohne dass jemand von Hotelpersonal etwas sagt. - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön! Aber: die Kissen sind viel (!) zu hart. Leider gibt es auch keine Alternativen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, den Raum abzudunkeln. Das Balkonlicht leuchtet die ganze Nacht. Viele Gäste haben es mit Handtüchern abgedeckt. Aber auch aus den Seitenfenstern kommt Licht. Wer lichtempfindlich ist, kann ohne Schlafmaske nicht schlafen. - Solltet Ihr in diesem Hotel übernachten, nehmt euch ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock. Sonst hört ihr jedes Getrampel von den Gästen über Euch oder vom Reinigungspersonal am Morgen. - Bucht auf keinen Fall Ausflüge im Hotel!!! Reine Abzocke.

Alloggiare in questa struttura è davvero come arrivare in paradiso, ogni vostro desiderio viene sempre accolto con un sorriso dal primo momento in cui abbiamo messo piede non abbiamo più dovuto pensare a nulla perché a pensato a tutto l’organizzazione e ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta in maniera eccellente. Il prezzo è più alto della media ma qui ti senti parte di qualcosa di esclusivo

Trevlig strand med loungemusik. Superfina fräscha rum med skön säng, tv med bl.a. Netflix,. Restaurang med mycket bra mat och vänlig personal. Allt kändes lyxigt och härligt! Gulliga hundar som hängde med gästerna.

Vissa solstolar var trasiga. Det var dyrt att ta transfer in till el nido, 2500 pesos per väg vilket gjorde att vi hoppade det.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit, sehr cooler Beach club mit direkter Strand Zugang. Wunderbare ruhige Lage (Strand10/10). Zimmer gross und modern. Massage war auch gut.

The stuff is amazing. Always smiling, makes us feel comfortable. Clean and very modern rooms.

ATV running up and down the beach, very loud and annoying. The sunbeds and beanbags could be cleaned. Doesn't fit to the very clean rest of the resort.

I loved everything about Angkla, the staff were friendly and always so helpful, the rooms/facilities were clean, stylish and of great quality. The food and cocktails were amazing and I particularly enjoyed the smoothie bowls for breakfast! I loved how we were welcomed with cold towels to freshen us up and a refreshing beverage. I liked that the beach was quiet but then there were bars and other places to go to 5-7 minute walk away.
