Just needed a strategic spot near downtown and the beach and this house was so homey and excellent! Loved our short stay here

This house is in a great location. Easy access to the beaches or as a springboard to do some sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood, well equipped for doing your own coooking, and plenty of space. I would highly recommend this property, both in accommodation and price. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and will look forward to doing so again.

Our business partner team decided to extend our stay in Pensacola by a day. We quickly booked this lovely Gulf Breeze home and were delighted with the accommodations. The communications with our host were timely; we had everything we needed in the house and finished our business meeting successfully. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the location is convenient for both the beach and downtown Pensacola. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean!

Everything was clean & perfectly set up for our stay. We didn't have to buy anything for our beach trips because there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, & toys in the garage. We were in close proximity to restaurants, stores, the beach, and everything we wanted to visit. We will definitely be booking this property again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was clean, the check in process was easy, though locking the door was a bit challenging, we finally figured it out and it was effortless. That I mentioned how incredibly clean it was? There was not a piece of dust in sight....ir a piece of hair in sight. The Location was very convenient as it only took us about 7 minute to get to the beach, and less than 10 minutes to get to Walmart and other the stores. The house was very comfortable, decorated with homey touches. The smart TV was a plus. The beds and couches were super soft and comfortable. 10/10!

This was a great house for a big family, well equipped with games and books to keep everyone busy. Only a few minute drive to Pensacola Beach! We loved it!

The communication with the host was genuine and easy. Easy access and good location. The house was immaculately furnished and very tastefully decorated. Good parking and very cozy. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Had a wedding in Gulf Breeze and this location was perfect. Clean, plenty of space and check-in was simple.

In Gulf Breeze for work and did not want to cross the Garcon bridge each day! Very comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The sheets were really soft and the beds were comfortable. The couch was great for 2 people, but would have liked additional seating besides the rocker and wicker chair. I know we could have probably grabbed one of the couches from the garage but just didn't. Location is convenient to many places in the area. We tried a Mexican restaurant closest to the location. Lunch prices were great but the Margaritas will cost you more than the food. :) Would I stay again at this location? Absolutely.

If you don't need to be on the Ocean this place is perfect for the area.

This home was GREAT! I loved the kitchen the most. Contact with Giri was smooth we were able to check in with no problems. It fit 8 adults comfortably and I was able to celebrate my birthday with my family! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you again!!

We are so happy we found this gem of a place for our vacation to Pensacola. The home was perfectly set setup and stocked for our needs. The location...just perfect! Dealing with management a breeze. Now we just can't wait until we can return!!!
