This peoperty was very nice and spacious for 3 adults & 6 kids. The bunk beds were a great addition for a child-friendly stay. The sleeper sofa was also a needed addition. We had plenty of room throughout the property. There were a multitude of kitchen amenities to use. The property also had plenty of beach toys to use if needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We did notice that the floors and rug did not seem to be thoroughly clean. There was also trash at the bottom of the trash basin under the trash bag when we arrived. The pool seemed to have a brown residue on the bottom in some areas and there was a mold-like substance on the cushions of the patio furniture. We were pleased with the rental but wanted to note these things for the property owner so they can address their cleaning service. Thank you so much for your assistance throughout the rental experience!

This place was everything we needed and wanted it to be for our girls trip. Roomy and inviting, fully stocked everything, very comfortable furniture, pool and outdoor area were just right.

Went down with family to enjoy the Blue Angel shows! Excellent location. Our Host, Matt could not have been nicer to work with. Kids enjoyed pool everyday and adults hung out on covered back porch. Home was close by to plenty of grocery store's and restaurants. Thank you, Matt!!

The house was very clean and perfect size for our family. We enjoyed it. Its right across the street from the police department so it felt extra safe and a quick 10 min drive to the beach.

We had our whole family all ages, the house was the perfect location, very safe neighborhood. We enjoyed short drives to the beach, bay and sound. We cooked and the kitchen was fully stocked! The pool was the most amazing part, providing all day shade in the water for our beach burnt skin! 10/10 recommend this house. Matt was soooo amazing and helpful!

We had a nice stay at this location. Matt was an exceptional communicator. The house was everything that we needed. We especially liked how close the house was to everything we did. It’s in a nice neighborhood. It’s a very short drive to any store or restaurant or even the beach.

This house is in the PERFECT location. Minutes to the beach, and minutes to downtown & Palafox Street.
Matt works very hard to provide a top knotch stay. He paid emergency fees to have the pool cleaned after we arrived -late on a Friday afternoon.
The house was spacious and everyone had room to enjoy the weekend.
We really appreciated how hard Matt worked to make the pool right at the last minute.

Property owner was amazing and has excellent communication. Whenever I asked questions I had an almost immediate answer. The beds were super comfortable and the area felt very safe.

Overall, was a great stay. The pool is amazing because it is partly shaded all hours of the day which was great for the young grandchildren we brought along. The beds were all very comfortable and air conditioning worked great! Lamps in the bedrooms would be nice and a vacuum.

The house was great and roomy enough for our family. We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen/dining and living room areas. The beds were super comfortable and the house was clean and decorated nicely. The televisions were amazing in every room. The outside areas could have used a little cleaning and attention. The pool wasn't the cleanest (time for a new liner), but we skimmed it and the kids swam and enjoyed. There were no supplied pool toys/chairs, etc so be prepared and bring your own. The outside roof over the sitting area leaks so the lounge area got wet and you could tell mold had started to take hold on some of the white cushions. Overall, I would still recommend this area to stay in if you don't want to stay directly on the beach. Gulf Breeze is a lovely city and this home is right across from the police station. The neighborhood was safe and there are lots of local eats.

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Would recommend to all. And to be there for annual Blue Angels Week was a very big plus.

We had the best time in Pensacola. The owners of this house were AMAZING! They had the fastest response to any questions we had the entire time. Super clean and beautiful house! It was PERFECT!!!! I look forward to renting from them again in the near future!

My family of 9 really enjoyed our stay here! It was a perfect space for us to spend time together while visiting my aunt and cousins. We felt very safe with the police department right there. It was the perfect location close to beach and restaurants and Matt was great to work with, very kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and easy and quick trip to everything (beach, food, fun).. Clean and very accommodating house. Kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and utensils; everything you would need!

This place exceeded our expectations. They thought of everything. All the comforts of home, amenities, really clean, and the proximity to beach was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas as well. Beds were wonderful. The host was super responsive and pleasant. We are definitely planning on staying again soon!
