Its my third year staying in this property with my family and two dogs. We love it and will definitely be staying there next year Manager was helpful and attentive Staff was friendly and most importantly my family and i were comfortable

I was very surprised that there was a full kitchen area for you to use in the room. A full fridge, sink, dishes, microwave, and more. We will definitely be back to stay. We spend a lot of time in Pensacola and we loved our stay!!!

It was in a place with a lot of traffic so it was difficult to get in and out. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was okay.

This was a family vacation to close out the summer before school starts back. We had a great experience, staying at this location. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed, and more. The breakfast options were very good. The whole gamily found something they enjoyed. Though there was a pool, we did not use it. It is pet-friendly, and several guests had their pets on premises. No issues with that. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Full kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave, and glassware, etc. The pull-out couch provided extra room for our family to spread out. The location is great. There are several restaurants and stores neaby, including a Walmart Neighborhood Market. It's also only 6-7 minutes from the beach! We will definitely consider coming back to this location again. The staff made great use of their ability to text as a way to check on us diring our stay without interrupting our vacation. They also permitted a last-minute late check-out resquest at no extra cost!

Amazing location, a few minutes to the beach. Room with all that one needs. The only downside having a dog is a problem for scheduling a room service. Dog is not allowed to be in a room during cleaning. So you need to arrange a few hours being with you fluffy friend

It is 9 minutes away from Pensacola ⛱️ The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast has a variety. I only stayed one night. It is pet friendly. The pool is small. It has a lot parking space.

The hotel attendant was very helpful and she was very polite!!! The bathroom shower needed to be cleaned better. Overall, the stay was decent.

Dogs in tow, this hotel was super clean, ridiculously friendly and very accommodating!

It was ok. Clean and house keeper was great. Didn’t tell me everything I needed to know at the front desk. I let them know I had 2 pets, but then another worker said that nothing was added like I sneaked them in or something. She just had an attitude. Over all it was ok.

The stay was excellent. The only problem was we reserved a King bed and they only had two Queens available. Apparently hotels.com and Hilton don’t communicate about this. The staff was very accommodating and gave us extra points. They texted us everyday to ask us if we needed anything which was appreciated. Housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk staff were all super friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Also extremely close to Pensacola Beach.

Location is really good. But house keeping was bad. They said clean room every other day. But never came during four days even I requested.
