From booking to check out the whole experience was excellent. This a self service check in and check out. The instructions couldn't be easier to follow and the building itself is on main road directly.opposite a bus stop. Get the 129 from north Greenwich station or Woolwich town centre from the other direction. Other buses are available but this is the one I got it was very good. Go to tfl.gov.uk for up to date bus information the 3⁶e lobby's and stair wells are pristine. The room was well eqipped.with fridge kettle coffee adequate lighting and a.smart TV..the bathroom was modern and a pleasure to use the waterfall style showers it was amazing (i had a room with bathroom) i did take a quick look see at the shared bathroom facilities and they looked clean and well maintained. No complaints and I will definitely book here6

Landmark views were totally unexpected. Location was easy in and out for business. Close to Greenwich Peninsula and Canary Wharf. Not too expensive either.

1 A Szállás Neve nincs kitáblázva, így nem tudtam hogy jó helyen járok-e. 2 kényelmetlen a számkódos ajtók használata! 3 A szobába nagyon hideg volt, az olaj radiátor 6 óra alatt sem fűtötte be a szobát, így ruhában aludttam. 4 Nem volt benn a szobában törölköző, de a fürdő szobát sem találtam meg, de mivel nem volt személyzet így megkérdezni sem tudtam. 5 A teraszon rengeteg szemét volt 6 A lámpa kapcsoló a bejáratnál, az ágy mellett nincs így sötétbe botorkálsz az ágyba,

the baddest expierence in my life zero comfort and safe 1. not clean 2. very cold room, the radiators/heater are not working 3. very noisy ! sleep is impossible. 4. no privacy if you want to open the curtained windows 5. no hot water, can wash, only under ice water 6. no reception at place. You can’t get help if you had flyght at morning, all day you must with big laggages, i pay only for night and at night i can’t sleep or feeling safe… Last minute i had information about my room and how i can go to room… 7. no safety, all night(not only night) in other rooms, was like womens were being raped, I felt all the time not safe, im sceared. it's a traumatic experience.

The property is easily accessible by train ( 6 minutes to walk from a train station), by bus ( there are many buses nearby) or car. There are places to eat in walking distance and a few small shops just round the corner. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the bathroom was clean.

The temperature in the room during the day was quite low but at the evenings and nights was comfortably high, so this was not an issue. Unfortunately, this is no lift so this property may not be very suitable for tourists with heavy suitcases or baby trolleys.

The service, I called up and asked about the TV as it was working. You guys said you’d send an engineer out. I had called up no later than 3:30 on the Friday, no one had come at any point to sort it out. So from 5pm on the evening I had no TV to watch.

Great price. Easy access to the O2. Clean.

La habitación es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, es muy amplia y ofrece todo lo necesario. Lo único que tienes que compartir es el baño y en los días que estuvimos nunca nos cruzamos con nadie. También la llegada es automatizada y eso nos ayudó mucho ya que llegamos tarde por el vuelo. Hay varios buses que te dejan en frente de la casa y a pocos minutos caminando tienes muchos comercios y supermercados.

Lo único que escuchas a los coches de fuera, si tienes el sueño ligero quizás sería bueno tener tapones. Por lo demás, nos gustó todo hasta el barrio.

Overall clean and tidy...Handy having a fridge in the room.Good location only 10 minute bus ride away from the 02...with bus stop right outside.

Definitely need better blinds for the windows to block out the light and not been seen..slightly noisy from the room nextdoor.. better sound proofing?? Maybe take ear plugs if a light sleeper.

No toilet roll aside from the one given on arrival. Blinds need to be fixed properly too much gap in between.

I liked the big room, equipped with everything I needed. It had windows on two different walls which made exceptional. Large bathroom with modern equipment (I liked it only after I understood the system)

Two different available WiFi networks and both were hardly functioning. That's an absolute no go nowadays.

I like the cleanliness of the property, it was bright and took in a lot of light. Easy to gain access to my room with the check in instructions and easy to locate, very local to the O2, definitely good value for money

Right by the road side, the room was warm so we had the windows open but that just meant we could hear all the traffic and cars outside especially in the night. Took forever to get the check in instructions and the wifi connection wasn’t the best

Same room as last time, nice to be there again. TV, fridge, kettle and a balcony in a nice quiet area.

The idiot in room 31 who woke me up twice - next morning his door was open and in the room was an empty vodka bottle.
