Very cute, clean house. Quiet neighborhood, with not a lot of traffic. Quiet neighbors and a cute cat that likes to lay on the porch. The house was clean, beds comfy, couch was comfy too.

We recently spent a week here visiting relatives and sight-seeing. The cottage was charming and clean. We felt it was a refuge after a day out. As the cottage is historical, it is not sleek and modern, so expect quirks. If you embrace the house, you will be rewarded with a happy stay and warm memory.

Everything about this place was perfect. It was very clean, well accommodated, and was very safe. We had all the comforts of home during our stay. There were even a couple friendly neighborhood cats that visited with us each morning as we drank our coffee. Conveniently located close to downtown while being away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend visiting Queen’s Reward Meadery during your stay, you won’t be disappointed.

The house was very clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet homes, it was close to the city center, and Wi-Fi worked great. I would highly recommend for a trip to Tupelo area.

We loved the house. Plenty of space for the four of us and room for visitors. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was beautiful. Highly recommend.

The Mill Cottage is a warm, friendly, clean, comfortable place to stay. All the comforts of home while on the road. Kimberly is a great host, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top notch!

Totally supplied with anything a guest might need. Beds were comfortable and we loved the porch swing. Hosts made a real effort to make this property desirable. We loved it. Only downside was the weather. The Natchez Trace was closed due to flooding.

Wonderfully quaint 100 year old cottage with many original features. We were in town for a wedding and had the good fortune of being able to stay here for 3 nights. It was very convenient to downtown but with a quaint country feel . Cottage was very clean and the Kim & Dee, the hosts provided everything that we could need for our stay. Will definitely try to stay here on my next visit to the area :)

My husband's siblings and spouses met for a brief stay at Mill Cottage. The house was all that we had hoped it would be. It was clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed with every convenience one could hope for and included lots of creative details. We especially loved our time spent on the wrap around porch looking out over the lovely neighborhood! Mill Cottage is a great meeting place for us, so we will definitely consider staying there again!

This home is immaculate and centrally located in a quiet area. I would highly recommend this property without reservation. The owners have thought of everything you will need. They are very communicative and are working hard to make their property top-notch. Every detail has been considered. I even forgot a book the owner mailed to me. You will not be disappointed in your stay in this charming home.

Where do I start??? From the moment you walk into this lovely southern home, the feeling of peace and love surrounds you... excellent communication from the owner, she sent several check in and informative messages, she left lights on and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. The home is super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Beds were comfy, linens were soft and smelled amazing. We absolutely loved our stay in this cute cottage!!! I would highly recommend this property. It’s close to everything in town and has charm to boot! Thank you!!! This was rented by me for my Niece and her husband, new born baby and 2 month old. Having to sign a lease for the first for me. I did not see the home, however, they said it smelled bad, not sure what that was or just an "old house smell". My daughter got married and it was a crazy busy time the whole weekend. The property is attractive with quality sheets and towels. Very well decorated with plenty of space. Strongly recommend. There is even a covered carport behind the house to park your car in during bad weather.

Everything was lovely, we really enjoyed ourselves.

My son and I have stayed here twice for swim meets. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and close to the Aquatic center. The beds are comfortable. There’s plenty of space to eat and rest. We have really enjoyed this house.The owner is very responsive, too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mill Cottage. A clean and charming home with a lot of character. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone staying in the Tupelo area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Cottage house. I was in Tupelo on business which means I would leave around 7:30 in the Morning and be back at the house around 5:30. The house is in a good location from my customers. I would defiantly stay there again on my next trip to Tupelo.

The house was clean and conveniently located. The check in process was smooth and the owner was available/responsive to answer questions. The beds were comfortable, toiletries were appreciated, and a fully stocked kitchen was nice even though we didn’t make use of it. I plan to stay here again when we’re in town for swim meets.

This is a cute cottage with lots of room. It has easy access to lots of the area and is in a quiet neighborhood. My husband does not walk well and he had no trouble getting in and out of the house. The owner was very kind and was there when we needed them. We are very please with this Cottage and hope to return next year.

This is a great place to spend your vacation. The house will welcome you from the first moment on. The location is ideal to reach everything in shortest time. Kim does a great job of preserving the original character of the house but also providing modern comforts. Kim is a wonderful host, very quick in her replies and very careful to leave you your privacy. We will definitely come back.

The home was just as it was listed! Everything we needed in the kitchen to have all of our meals at home. Felt safe in the neighborhood and there was plenty of space for us to relax. Loved that everything was on one floor as we were traveling with my folks. When we had need to call owner, she was prompt in her responses and took care of what we needed as quickly as possible. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of towels. Plenty of supplies for the time we were there! Definitely will return again!

Ratted here a week . Very cozy old house ❤️ We had all positive experiences while here. Neighborhood is very quiet but so close to everything! We even had a visit from a beautiful owl one night !! Only issue and I’ve forwarded to owner is that there be less visits to the rental when there are tenants. I give 5 stars as it is still fresh to the market and they are doing a great job , on the right track!
