We stayed here last year, returned this year and planning on coming back! Coffee maker had a broken dispenser and we needed few more warm blankets, everything else was great! Definatelly coming back! Thank you for hospitality!

All the previous glowing reviews sum up the property and the cabins. We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 days here. They flew by. It's all been said, so I'll focus on our hikes in the area hoping it will be helpful for planning your adventures. Our crew of 11 ranged from age 3 to 60, so it was nice to scatter our excursions throughout the week. The best place to start is likely the Visitor Center at Old Mans Cave. Get your maps and brochures. Our day 1 hikes consisted of Old Mans Cave area from the upper falls to the lower falls. Then drove to Rock House and did that hike. Day 2 of hiking we did Ash Cave loop, then drove to Cedar Falls lot and did that loop. Day three hike we drove to the Hocking Hills State Park Lodge lot and hiked to Whispering Cave, took the trail down to the swinging bridge, then the group continued on to the lower falls at Old Mans Cave. I doubled back to the Lodge lot for a vehicle and we met up at the OMC Visitors Center. Our final day of hiking was at Conkle's Hollow. It was very lush & mossy green, and the waterfall was gushing in the springtime. Hard to say which hike was our favorite? All were unique and so much fun to explore the natural wonders this area has to offer. The trails on the 85 acres of the Dream Cabin were also fun to explore and to easily get some fresh air & exercise. We slept like rocks every night and were ready for more adventure in the morning. Highly recommend this area and staying at the Dream Cabin!

We had a great time staying at this cabin with a few families for spring break. It was clean, had plenty of storage space in the kitchen for food, lots of sleeping options, the property was beautiful, the sauna was awesome and the location to state park trails was great. We would rent and stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for.

The home and property were spectacular- a perfect getaway for our large group! It was even decorated for Christmas! Everything exceeded our expectations. Viktor was friendly and easy to work with- quickly responding to all of our questions. The hot tub, sauna, outdoor fireplace, shooting range, and trails added to our great experience. One of us was even able to work remotely from the property- the wifi worked great. We loved the peace and quiet and the stunning night skies. Looking forward to coming back another time!

The cabin was really nice and the surrounding area was beautiful. The only thing I would caution is to tell anyone who wants to know when you arrive before you get there. The wifi did not work and there was no cell signal for 90% of the people there. Not being able to use our phones was fine and nice to check out for the weekend but letting people know we made it safely was not possible. Other than that the stay was great!

Cabin was clean, and everything was easily accessible, hot tub, sauna, shooting range, etc.. listing looks just like how it is in person!

Place was great ! Really enjoyed it! Unfortunately the driveway is a little rough for Harley bikes! Internet was slow! While not any fault of the house, cell coverage is spotty!

This is the first time in Hocking Hills area and couldn't ask for a better place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet and amazing view. Cabin was clean and neat with full appliance and much more. Be prepared to be disappointed when you have to leave. Viktor is very nice host and was very helpful. We will definitely come back again and again. There is no better place. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a great stay at this property. Location was nice and quiet. The property manager was very responsive. AC was broke when we got there and the next day someone was there to fix it. Would definitely stay again.

I can understand why it's named the Dream Cabin! The cabin itself is newish, clean, and spacious compared to other cabins I've stayed in. And then you have the hot tub, sauna, firepit and studio apartment over the garage! It was a great place to hunker down during a summer thunderstorm, and an euqally great place to enjoy s'mores the following night after seeing Ash Cave and Old Man's Cave. If you want a place to rest and nest while you check out the whole Hocking Hills area, I'd definitely recommend this. Thanks Viktor and family!

Overall the stay was great, the inside of the cabin was very clean and all the amenities you would need in the kitchen were provided. Did notice when you step up to the front porch area from the side several bean-bags had been broken into due to the wildlife, so was unable to use. The porch areas needed some cleaning due to mud and bird droppings. Overall we had a great time and the surrounding wooded areas are great.

We had an awesome stay at the cabin. There were 10 of us and plenty of room for all of us to sleep. Fire places were great and grill was perfect for making a bunch of food at a time. We took full advantage of the hot tub and sauna! Great place, and very helpful and responsive host. Would love to come back

This place was amazing - beautiful property and location, gorgeous house with phenomenal amenities. We had a long weekend there with my husband, three brothers/their wives, and my niece and nephew (2 and 4 years old). We all had such a great time and couldn’t stop saying what an amazing trip this was. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Everything about this property and location made this the most rejuvenating weekend for us! The seclusion and peacefulness was just what we needed. We enjoyed all of the amenities offered, and there were a lot!! Viktor was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Place was as advertised. Internet was not great having 15 people all with multiple devices was problematic. The sauna was amazing.

What a great house & layout! Had everything we needed. We loved all the fireplaces/fire pit. Plenty of room & comfy. Close to the places we wanted to hike. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Viktor was so easy to communicate with and very quick with responses to our questions. His property is beautiful and exactly as described on the listing. It easily accommodated our group of 10. We hope to make this an annual trip with our group for Friendsgiving!

Beautiful cabin on a very nice piece of property in a superb location. No complaints about anything, this was a very nice respite from the hustle bustle of daily life.
