We had booked the house a couple months in advance. Since the beginning, I was involved in a consistent line of communication to help me out with a smooth check in process/stay. We were able to go out downtown & germantown, golf at the Hermitage (highly recommend the Presidents course), and hangout with a fire on the rooftop. The place kept us comfortable and we had a wonderful time! Will be coming back in the future.

We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious home. There was a group of 8 of us and we had more than enough room. It is located in a developing area but it didn’t affect our stay at all. It’s about an 8-10 minute Uber ride to downtown and they were very affordable. We had one small hiccup with the shower water not warming up, but the owner was at the house in less than 30 minutes checking everything over. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Nashville!

Adam is the perfect host and the home is beyond beautiful! My family and I felt safe and comfortable. We slept AMAZINGLY in the beds. And the rooftop was breathtaking! I’d definitely come back and recommend this home to anyone visiting.

We loved this house! The layout is perfect, so much space and exactly as advertised. Location was perfect for us, near a grocery store and only about one mile away from downtown, easy Uber access for pick ups. The house was spotless, spacious, wonderful coffee and tea station, and rooftop area is perfect for pre-party and late night recaps. Favorite nearby place in Germantown for lunch, Germantown Cafe and favorite downtown rooftop is The Moxy Rooftop, favorite experiences this visit were The Listening Room(incredible!), The Hatch Show Print Tour, and a line dancing lesson. This house checked every box and when we come back we will book it again!

Check in process was incredibly easy and they even allowed us to check in a few hours early to get set up. I stayed here with five friends and it was the perfect size for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and beds for everybody. It was very clean and nice and was a perfect place to come back to after running around Nashville all day and evening. Easy Uber ride to everything including a grocery store. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with many " extras" that added a nice touch ( blow dryers and make up mirrors in each bathroom, flavored coffees... just to name a few) The set up was perfect for a larger group! Adam was super accommodating and responded quickly to questions and concerns. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The house is beautiful and a great space to accommodate a group of people. There is lots of space in the house and the roof top has beautiful views! The house was stocked with all the essentials including tons of extra styling tools and towels! Extra bonus the beds are really comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

The photos are accurate! It was huge pleasure to discover that when we arrived. The absolute amazing part os how well stocked this place is!! K-pods, hair styling tools, plenty of toilet paper, etc. It was the best!!!! We had a great time here.

The location was excellent. It was a $10/10 minute Uber ride to Broadway, the Listening Room, Nissan Stadium, etc. It was very quiet, which was great at night for sleeping (no sirens or city noises). Although there is y much within walking distance, we were happy not to be in the husy area of Broadway. Very clean and the host was great about answering questions and giving recommendations for stores, restaurants, etc. I'd stay here again and do recommend it to others.

We enjoyed every second of our time in this beautiful space. Everything you could possibly need is there and its so welcoming and comfortable. I would recommend this place over and over again!

We had an amazing time. The people we had with us commented multiple times about how nice the house was. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, appliances worked as they should, etc. The rooftop was great! It was a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway. So convenient! Thank you for a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay here. All 3 bedrooms were private with bathrooms. House was clean and pleasant place to be. Well stocked with all amenities w good coffee maker. Lots of seating. Great rooftop seating area w gas firepit. Lots of stairs but that helped define spaces. Definitely recommend. We Ubered and walked to broadway- not too far. Enjoy!!

5 friends enjoyed this beautiful property for a 50th birthday trip. It's very clean and has a well appointed kitchen. The coffee bar is wonderful. We appreciated the dark "makeup" towels in addition to plenty of bath towels. Communication with the property manager was easy, and he always responded promptly. We were allowed to drop off luggage before the check in time, which was a bonus. Location is good in that you can get about anywhere in less than 15 minutes, but the actual neighborhood is not the best. This property has two townhomes in it, and the wall between the units doesn't filter out much noise if you are sitting on the living level. Sleeping level seemed to be quiet though. Two suggestions if you choose this property. 1) bring an eye mask for sleeping as the window coverings don't block the light very well in the morning; and 2) bring a pillow if you prefer a soft pillow because all the pillows are very firm.

Celebrate house is located conveniently close to everywhere we wanted to go, and then some. All of us enjoyed our rooms, beds, & views. The house was stocked with everything you needed including paper towels, trash bags seasonings, oils, coffee and all the amenities in the kitchen. Spectacular long weekend.

3 couples stayed together Sunday to Thursday for Nashville vacation. Property was clean. Each couple had own bedroom and own bathroom. Rooftop available was available to enjoy warm sunshine in morning and view of downtown at end of night. Free on street parking. Uber/Lyft to Broadway would not plan on walking to there. Check in and out process was easy. Great communication with entire process.

This property has everything to help make your stay pleasant, fun, and enjoyable. The property manager was very accommodating to all requests and ready to help with any questions at a moments notice. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures, the layout allows for some independent space, while providing multiple large gathering locations. Great proximity to downtown- able to take a short uber or long walk to Broadway, while also able to "get away" from the hectic pace for a minute.

We enjoyed being at a place we could relax and have breakfast in the morning with plenty of space and a clean environment. Adam was very accommodating and this place had everything we needed. Good times in Nashville!

All and all a great place to stay in close proximety to Broadway.

Upon entering this adorable place you’ll be blown away by the attention to detail and cleanliness. Everything was so well thought out and beautifully decorated. I’ve never stayed some place that was so well stocked. Even a spice drawer. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The rooftop area is amazing too. It literally had EVERYTHING we needed and so much more.

The house was beautiful. Our group had room to gather in the living room, eat at the dining table and enjoy the rooftop views. The beds were comfortable and the house had what we needed. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway for shopping, restaurants, etc. Our group of women were all in their upper 50's. We managed fine, but there are a lot of stairs: two bedrooms are on the third floor and the rooftop is another set of spiral stairs above that. (Views are worth the climb!) The neighborhood is not one to walk around in. Best to have a car or use an Uber/taxi service. We enjoyed our stay here!

This house was the perfect layout for our group of 7. Very clean and easy checkin and checkout process. Area not as great, but easy to Uber everywhere.

Great host. Very good communicator and super helpful - we were able to drop our bags off at the house prior to check-in which was awesome. The house was really nice and clean. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to a lot of great food and drink spots.

This house was great in EVERY aspect! Perfect for a large group of family or friends! Plenty of room! The beds were soooo comfy. The house looks exactly like the photos. Great rooftop patio. Ubers were there within 3-5 minutes and a short drive to Broadway! Again, there’s many reasons this house has a 5 ⭐️ rating!!! Thank you Adam for making this experience so easy and great! I was here for my sisters bachelorette party and it was such an amazing experience. Adam was friendly and responded quickly! The place was beautiful and my friends/family would not stop raving about it. Close to everything and very nice to stay!

The rooftop deck was awesome and one of a the highlights of our stay in Nashville. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Laundry soap, blow dryer, curling iron, flat ironf and they even had a steamer for your clothes. Even bath gel shampoo and conditioner. We would highly recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again.
