Everything was awesome. Great clean room and the nicest owners you could ask for. Super easy check in and keyless system.

The property manager is very nice and accommodating. The kitchen and the unit were the best equipped that I had ever seen. The Beach and Pool area are very nice. The view of the ocean was great from the patio and the master bedroom. Parking convenience was average, but the unit did have a dedicated spot which is a big plus. Common area grill worked well for the 2 times that we used it. Would definitely recommend and stay again sometime.

Loved this unit! Have grown up staying every year in East Wind but never in a side unit. The organization of the place was superb and we can’t wait to stay in it again!

The condo was great. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. It was very comfortable and located on the north-side of the building. That means that you can enjoy shade instead of a hot sun coming through the class patio doors. If you need the sun, the pool is heated and a short walk from your front door. The owners of the condo are great folks and we’re very helpful at making our stay very comfortable.

Had a nice relaxing vacation here. As advertised. Although condo does not face the ocean. It faces the parking lot with a small view of the ocean.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived and it just kept getting better. The owner of our unit was outstanding. Nothing was overlooked to ensure we had what we needed to make our stay enjoyable and pleasurable. When we first arrived I wasn't sure I liked the East Winds location, but I came to realize being in Ponce Inlet and next to the North Turn Restaurant was ideal. The building, pool and general area was very clean and well maintained. The association had activities and social events throughout the week and weekends if you wanted to participate and we did. There are great people ( owners and renters) at East Winds. It was an absolutely fantastic and enjoyable 2 months. We are sorry we had to go.
