Very good area. A lot of space. Great outdoor area. Very easy to get in contact with Mike, who solved a drain- problem very quickly. Flexible check-out time. Very clean house and pool. We would like to come back.

Very well equipped villa, nice welcome hamper on arrival, all the facilities you would expect. Was there with 3 generations of family for a get together. Easy to find, warm welcome and very relaxing.

Fabulous outdoor area and pool. Really well equipped. Good communication with the host. Great restaurant on the doorstep. Beautiful beaches a short drive away.

Smashing property. Excellent facilities and furnishings throughout. Villa catered for all our needs. Fab pool although not totally suitable for the very young. Mark provided an extremely warm welcome and, when called upon, was a kind, attentive and helpful host. Highly recommended.

This villa was exactly what we were looking for. Just a bit out of town so it was lovely and quiet, but near enough that you can get to the beach, restaurants and bars. The villa was really nice and clean, and the outside area was amazing with a really generously sized pool. There was also a rooftop terrace where you could see the sea. Mark, our host, was really helpful and made our stay super easy, as well as being really quick with any queries we had. Town was approximately a 3km walk, and taxis were never a problem to get either way (this was in April). The cliff tops made for a lovely morning or evening walk, and the nearest ones were less than 2km away. There are some good restaurants nearby, with Luisa's Place less than 300m away, and a pizzeria only 500m away. We will definitely look to return.

Excellent all round

Had a great stay at this villa. As described,, like photos, and very clean. We used taxis to go out and about which were very reasonably priced. The centre is a short taxi ride and away for around €8 For 5/6 people. Some lovely restaurants in the centre (Taste was our favourite) - booking s needed for some. There are 2 nice restaurants within walking distance - Luisa’s we’ll worth a visit. There is also a good water park around 10mins drive away too. Communication with Mark from booking to leaving the villa was excellent.

This villa is absolutely fantastic! It's so spacious and has everything you could need. It's lovely and modern throughout and the outdoor space is brilliant! The pool is huge and there are a number of gorgeous areas for eating, relaxing and sunbathing, plus the roof terrace has amazing views! There is a local supermarket a short walk away with a lovely local restaurant next door, which is definitely worth a visit. Would highly recommend this villa and can't wait to return!

The property was beautiful and modern. Very nice pool and barbecue area. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to small neighborhood store and an amazing restaurant called Luisa’s place. Mark the property manager went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend this property to anybody that wants a nice, modern place to relax.

There are a few restaurants nearby (try Luisa's Place) so you don't have to venture far for a good meal and the town is only 8/9 mins away by car or an easy, picturesque 30 min walk (downhill). Mark (host) was polite, friendly, and accommodating and was extremely helpful in giving us tips on where to find amenities but also assisted in storing our cases for the day when we had a late flight which relieved so much stress! The vila was equiped to the highest standard, vacilities second to none. It was easy to find and in a quiet area. The pool area is fantastic, grear place to chil out and relax.A very short strolll took to the well stocked local minimarket which as a lovely restaurant at its side. Another Italian restaurant is only a few more minutes walk away. Supermarkets are only a few minutes drive as are a whole host of other restaurants. Mark who is the local contact meet us and took us through all you need to know about the property and was easily contactable in the event of any quiries. As he lives locally, he can guide you on what there is to offer locally. Would thouroughly recommend this property to any one wishing to stay in this part of the algarve.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was fantastic, exactly as advertised, with a phenomenal pool area, lovely roof terrace with sea views, excellent and well stocked kitchen, and super comfortable beds. The location in the heart of lovely and relaxed Sesmarias means you can easily walk to great restaurants, also for take outs, and the local supermarket and bar. Communication and check in with the local property manager Mark who lives down the road was very smooth indeed and super pleasant. We very much recommend Casa Descoberta!

We are so pleased we found this gem! The bedrooms were generous and comfortable, the master suite was fabulous! An amazing ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms and fantastically equipped kitchen and utility. But this place is even more spectacular outside! A generous pool, an abundance of seating areas and options, a sunken dining area and bbq, and the crowning glory is a wonderful roof terrace with stunning sea views. Beyond the property itself, there are restaurants in walking distance and a little shop with excellent bakery products. The beach and towns are all within easy reach by car. We had a fabulous stay and would come again. Thanks also to Mark for the warm welcome on checkin and being on hand for questions throughout.

A propriedade está descrita no site na perfeição. A casa tem 4 quartos ótimos e a piscina é espetacular. Todos os espaços interiores e exteriores são muito bons! A casa está equipada com tudo. O dono é de uma amabilidade ímpar e super prestável! É para repetir, sem dúvida alguma.

Amazing, spacious villa with lots of added extras to make the holiday more enjoyable. Mark was always on hand to answer any questions and offer advice on the local area. The pool was fantastic and had the sun on it all day. The quiet surroundings helped us relax and wind down whilst having the benefit of the town a short drive away. We look forward to returning again to this wonderful villa soon.
