This house and property were perfect for our family which included 3 adults and two teenagers. Having 5 bedrooms and each with a kingsize bed and 2 1/2 baths met our needs perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, the covered deck, outdoor refrigerator and outdoor TV! The favorite part for us was the spacious open kitchen/dining/living area where we could all be together but not on top of each other. In addition, the owner responded immediately to any question we had.

The house, itself, was absolutely spotless on our arrival and all key equipment (pool, hot tub, A/C, etc.) and house necessities were operating flawlessly and fully stocked. Any minor detail, and there were only one or two, needing to be taken care of was expeditiously handled by the owners. The VRBO pictures of the house are extremely well done, but we were even much more impressed when we walked through the front door. Thank you, Rodney and Judy, for our most wonderful vacation ever. It was our great pleasure to have had the opportunity to stay in your fantastic rental house.

Lovely home with plenty of room for a large family. We played games in the back yard , cards at the big table, splashing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We will be renting for future visits with our family in Florida

The house was huge, plenty of room for our family to relax. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, although the next door neighbors aren’t very friendly (not really something you need on vacation anyway). The pool area was perfect, there were lots of pool toys and the temperature was great. The yard was adequate size for the dogs and the walkway to the lake was beautiful (great place for some photos), although there are gators in the lake so do not plan to get in. The hosts communicated well and responded quickly. We would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again.

There were 2 families who stayed together (7 people total) and we had plenty of room to have together time and still have our separate parts of the home for each family. We loved the big pool and the walkway through the swamp to the lake. The place could use a bit of updating, but all in all we were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!

The house was very large and in a quiet part of the city. It was a bit far from things to do and in need of a face lift

The check in process was simple. The layout of the house is open and you always have a view of the pool so you never lose site of anyone swimming. House and pool were clean and in nice condition. The outdoor TV is probably my favorite while you’re hanging out in the hot tub. The kitchen is big so multiple people can be in there and not bump into each other. The house is so big we didn’t end up using 2 of the rooms and 1 of the full bathrooms. Also I’d like to add that we did not have any issues with any neighbors, even though our kids loved to scream all day in the pool. Most people in the neighborhood will wave and stop and talk with you if you have the time, which was nice. Overall we loved the house and enjoyed our stay, and we would love to stay again sometime. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home layout allowed for our family and the other family staying with us to basically have our own "wings" for bedrooms and bathrooms and able to come together in the main house. The pool was warm and clean. The walkway down to the lake was nearly magical and a nice quiet space to take a short walk for some fresh Florida air. Easy access to area attractions but in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist areas. The owners were quick and easy to communicate with. Would stay again for sure!
