We had a wonderful stay in Pine Point. The rental was so close to the beach, it was perfect for our family! We spent much of our time outside on the back deck. There was ample space for everyone and we can’t wait to come back next summer!

The house was amazing. 15 adults, nobody felt crowded. Gave us amazing room to roam and talk and laugh. Would recomend this stay for any and all. Look foward to renring again for family get togethers...

This is amazing property for a large group. Plenty of beds and spaces to hang out. The basement is a particularly cool place to chill. Minutes from the beach and a 20 min drive to downtown. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

The owner of this property could not be more accommodating. Every issue I had with the property was dealt with immediately. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming in the winter and the off leash dog rules amazing. I am not sure I would enjoy the area as much in the summer.

Loved Pine Point Beach. We didn’t have great weather but beach was great for long walks in fog. Lots of room to spread out and chill when you need some space and good common areas to gather. The host, Jennie was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Property is perfectly situated with ocean views and a short walk to the beach. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and bars and only a short trip to downtown Portland. The property was well kept and stocked with anything you might need and Jennie was very responsive when needed. Couldnt ask for much more!

This home is lovely! My husband and I and our adult children had everything we needed here. They had beach chairs, multiple games, cozy living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations. This home was close to so much beautiful scenery. We loved our visit.

This place is a gem. Enough room for a larger group of friends to spend the weekend while still having space to relax in when you want it. I normally don’t write reviews other than giving a star rating but all the guys were impressed with the house and commenting on it so I had to just put it out there. The beach is a 2 minute walk, unbeatable access. The air conditioners in this house get the job done right so you aren’t left hot for an extra hour when you get back inside. Naturally we weren’t at the house all weekend but anytime we were it was like we were at home. Great vibes. Only wish we had one more day. Will miss it.

Thanks Jennie for a great stay for our family of 14 (8 adults and 6 kids under 7). The location was great, and Jennie gave wonderful advice and recommendations for our family to enjoy Easter weekend in her home. We especially appreciated the kitchen was set up for our foodie family to either cook in or eat out. The washer dryer was a lifesaver as well with little kids!

Our family had a great stay here with our young kids and their grandparents. The host was very responsive and helpful in coordinating everything. The space itself is in a great location a short walk to the beach. The house had room to spare for a group and was very well appointed with everything we needed. Would stay again!

The house is perfect for a group. We were 5 adults and three children. We were there in the winter. The house is only a short walk to the beach and, in spite of the freezing weather, we enjoyed walking on the beach. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking... Most very local restaurants, of which there are many, are closed in the winter but Portland, with its vast selection of good restaurants, is only 25 minutes or so away. Our family loves staying in this house. Thanks Jennie.

We had a great stay in Pine Point and would highly recommend Jennie's home. Perfect setup for a family or group rental with everything you need for a fun beach vacation. There's a giant fenced in backyard, great deck for summer dinners and it's just a couple minute walk to the beach.

Fabulous Time in Scarborough Maine
Our family of 14 spent a wonderful week at this property in Pine Point. The house worked great for us, as each family had their own space, and also plenty of room for all of us to gather together, eat, visit and play games. Jennie has thought of EVERYTHING when stocking the house. We especially appreciated the beach cart, all of the beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels. We did spend a lot of time on the beach, and it is so easy to walk to and from the beach. The Vrbo listing and the pictures made the house sound and look very appealing, and before we got there we wondered if it would be all that we expected it to be. It certainly was all that we expected and so much more. We would certainly book this property again, and we would highly recommend it to others.

Great time!
Place was great and lived up to the positive reviews we had read previously. Owner was so nice and accommodating especially because we were traveling with toddlers. Provided all the amenities needed for a nice family vacation. Highly recommend this rental.

Great property, has everything you need
Property is just as described but better. Plenty of rooms to spread out in. We hung out on the deck and in the yard and grilled, and went for walks on the beach. Beds were comfy . Thanks for a great stay !

Winter stay
I had to travel to Maine to assist my daughter following surgery. We wound up staying 2 1/2 weeks in the house and, despite the reason for being there, the house, location and overall experience was perfect. Jennie was more than helpful and accommodating as well as super responsive. The house is a block from the beach with easy access. Even though it was winter...and it was cold...we found very nice places to eat out and the grocery store was easy to get to. The house is very nice. Super comfortable. Very practical. We met neighbors...and their dogs. My dog and I had beautiful walks every day on the beach. Bottom line, highly recommend the house and Jennie. Thank you for making a difficult moment easier and comfortable.

Great family/holiday house!!
We loved this property. Plenty of room to spread out (and we had 3 families, so each family could carve out their niche). The kitchen was so well appointed. Had everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. Nice big dining room table with plenty of room for everyone. I think we were more comfortable here then we would have been at home. Close to the beach so we could get some fresh air. This may be our future go to for Thanksgiving with family in they area.

Great fall getaway
We were a groups of four adult couples looking for a great place to meet for a fall get away and we found the perfect house! The house had more than ample space for the 8 of us. It was spotlessly clean, had a well stocked kitchen and communication with the host easy and prompt. As other commenters have noted, the pictures hardly do justice to the home. We lucked out and had wonderful fall weather so we could take advantage of the easy access to the beach for long walks, the nearby cliff walk at prouse point and the Scarborough marshes. Portland is a 25 minute drive away. Hope to come back another time and visit during the summer. Great house!

Great place
This place was great! It was in a great location the walk to the beach was so close. We stayed with our family, my parents, my sisters family and my brothers family. Their was plenty of room and the kids loved the attic space. Every thing was clearly labeled. The host was so responsive. She would answer my messages within minutes.

Near the Beach!
Lovely house, fantastic beach just a block or two away. Almost all needs were anticipated by the owner. Great paint job and nice furniture. Wonderful deck, and was well stocked with table chairs and more chairs (also umbrella over table). Things were in great condition!

Summer Vacation
Great location - neighborhood was much quieter than the map would lead you to believe. House has everything you need - even when the power went out in the whole neighborhood one night, we found flashlights in the tool drawer.

Wonderful vacation home!
I am not sure what to rave about first. We were 10 people, 6 adults and 4 teens. Not once did we feel cramped. The house is amazing and the location is approximately 3 minutes from a beautiful beach. The owner, Jennie, is clearly determined to provide everything a vacationing family could possibly need. Cudos to Jennie! The kitchen cabinets and drawers are labeled so you so not need to search for anything. She also provides 2 types of coffee for the Kuerig and also provided a French press and drip coffee maker. The kitchen has every gadget you can think of. While the dining room easily fit our group of 10, we often used the deck. Wonderful to hear the waves crashing while sipping our evening cocktails. I know I am forgetting some things, but suffice it say that thiswasn)8
