Couldn't use the pool due to chemicals being off. Caused the children to get swollen, red eyes. Requested early check in that got approved... for us to get there and the property manager to tell us we can't come in. House was not clean. Dirty shower. Cockroach and cereal on floor. Filthy walls. Flood damage all along baseboards. Hole in wall from door. Found an empty pill bottle and half a pill sitting in the nightstand drawer. Nasty panties and thongs sitting in a "Shein" bag in the garage. Found a BED BUG on my pillow case!!!

I love the house, I love the pool, I really love the location too! Beds are comfortable!

I didn’t like that they made us pay for electric this year when they have things running all day (i.e. pooI) I really would love to see them get a new comfortable couch so you can relax at night and watch a movie... you can barely sit on it, it feels like you’re sitting on cardboard :( also the filter in the air conditioner was completely filled no air was getting through it we had to pull it out!

The house was beautiful. Everything we needed. We would stay again. The pool was awesome. Lots of privacy. Showers were great. And the beds were Comfy.

Please don't take what I say the wrong way! Because the place is worth every penny! Only TV in the living room. The one in main bedroom didn't work. (Well i couldn't get it to work) On Booking.com says check starts at 2pm. (I asked for 1pm and it was approved) But the manager said check in is usually 5pm. Than on booking it says check out ends at 12pm. But she said it was 10am. And asked if she can come at 9am. Which was fine. . ( i just feel like the times need to be updated so others know) There is water across the street from the house but you can't see it from the house. I thought the beach was closer but it wasn't. But we did drive 1½ away to Manasota Key beach and it was amazing and worth the drive! There are other beaches closer than Manasoto, but we wanted clear water.

Everything was there we needed , pool was warm at a temperature we like , kids loved the waterfalls in pool and were in it everyday, as well as a 2 min walk to park . Got used to everything very quick and felt settled . Very private backyard

Furniture not comfortable. Pool heater broken before arrival & not fixed for a week. Cleanliness was not best.

This property was listed as "beach front" which must have been an error because it was in a residential neighborhood , around the corner from a school (and yes you can hear the bells ringing from the property if you're outside) and the closest real beach is 25-30 min away. I was also asked for a $200 CASH deposit when I arrived and told they don't just put the deposit on your card but expect cash. I was also informed I had to pay cash for my electricity use (which ended up being $26).

The place was beautiful just like the photos. The pool was stunning. Everything I needed for the kitchen was there. Will tell everyone about this place!

Would have been great to have beach chairs to borrow when going to the beach. But I wouldn’t expect that either. Maybe some more pool toys as well.

We absolutely loved that we had a whole house to ourselves along with a private pool. There’s bushes all around the pool area so no one can see in, which we loved as we had an 8 year old along with us. Check in and check out was easy and the beds were comfortable.

We had to buy our own toilet paper as only half a roll was left in the master and one full roll in the second bathroom, I’m glad we noticed before we completely ran out. The property is a little far away from the things we were doing (beaches), but that’s not a deal breaker for us.

This house was great! It had everything you could need. The pool was amazing too.

The hot water wasn't very hot. I had it all the way up and it was warm.

We had a great stay at Villa Valmora. It was in a great location and close to Everything. The house is comfortable and exactly as the pictures show. The pool was fabulous!! Jana was awesome!!! It might have been nice to know that we were responsible for providing paper products; toilet paper and paper towels. The temperature in the house got warm durning the overnight, but was great otherwise. I would rent this property again and would recommend. Roxanne

Not knowing we needed to provide paper products and the temp during the overnight. This was minimal compared to the rest of the property.

The property host was fabulous. She was so friendly, accomodating, and easy to get in touch with. Even before we left for the trip I spoke with her multiple times on the phone with questions and concerns and she got back to me promptly and made me feel at ease about our stay. What a nice lady and a wonderful place to stay. I would highly reccomend it. Thankyou.
