Nice place. Needs maintenance around posts for over patio cover, sharp metal exposure. Everything you need in a kitchen. Space was great.

Home is in a good location. Found good eateries and attractions for kids. The air hockey and arcade was fun for kids.
The colorful walls were bright and fun.
Didn’t care for the cleanliness. Bathrooms were gross. Dead bugs in bath tub. Appeared like it hadn’t been stayed in for a while.
The toiletries are sparse, so had to pay for extra at local stores. But make sure to buy extra garbage bags, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. if you stay a few days.
Door code didn’t work upon arrival so had to call the on call staff. The staff was helpful but it was a massive headache when arriving in the evening.
It is HOT inside upon arrival…took a couple hours for the A/C to cool down the house. Air circulation is odd in house, doesn’t cool evenly so some upstairs bedrooms are warmer than others.
We stayed mid May. Would recommend pool heat and paying the extra cost. The water remains cold despite 90+ degree weather. It is handy to purchase your own pool toys as well.

Nice house but poorly managed. Overall a good place to stay still.

The house was fine. We were disappointed we could t use the pool. It was dirty. Coming from cold weather, we were looking forward to hanging out and swimming.

Great Stay
Great place would highly recommend. Everything was clean and made perfect for vacationers. Only thing I’d recommend is having more soap and paper towels etc. :)

Fun retreat
Everything worked out great. On the day of our checkin they messaged us saying that the water heater wasn’t working, but they had it repaired & ready to go before we even showed up. That was awesome! The kids loved the air hockey & video games... and the pool was a highlight. Convenient location & quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again.

This house is exactly as described. It is immaculately clean and the property manager is easy to work with. The location is ideal - close to everything.
