Great location! House was well stocked for all our needs!

Proximity to the the beach, great view from the house, cutely decorated with everything we could need. Many extras including a hot tub on the deck and arcade games for the kids. The owners left a thoughtful gift basket. All-in-all, exceeded our expectations.

Lots of good things. Puzzles, games, table tennis, beach toys, close beach access. Negatives. Nothing in the refrigerator whatsoever. Overall it was clean but it could have been cleaner. Garbage was overflowing upon our arrival.

My family had a wonderful time. With a quick walk to the beach, beautiful views from the house, we loved it . The house was fully stocked and even had a welcome package and extra toiletries to use since you always forget them. I would recommend binoculars and the hot tub was not hot. Other than that, it gets 5 stars.

Wonderful view! Spacious living room. Great space for kids. Fun garage/under-house area. Everything was very well annotated -- it seems like every time I wondered out loud about something, I turned around and there was a cute little note explaining that very thing I was wondering about.

The the place is gorgeous! The home was immaculate with incredible views and easy access the beach. When I reaches out to the company handling the property to ask about a grill I was told that there was NO grill.There was a beautiful grill at the home which would have changed our menu for our stay. We love to grill. The other thing difficult was the 10:30 check out. We use VRBO and ABNB all the time and a11:00 am check out would be more reasonable.

Visited with a group of girlfriends. Kitchen was well stocked. Great view. Beds very comfy. Heater was a little difficult to deal with and door lock fussy.

Everything was absolutely perfect except for one crucial detail! The electric Car charger is ONLY for a Tesla. A fact you need to know if you drive one of the many other electric Cars on the market. Now you know! Bring your own charger if you don't have a Tesla.

This home is in the perfect location and we were blessed to witness some of the most beautiful sunsets right from the living room. It is literally across the street from the beach and the views of the ocean are unobstructed! The house is well set up with one bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. The garage has a ping pong table and a sauna, and there is a hot tub on the deck with ocean views too! What I most appreciated was that the owners have the home well stocked with towels, beach chairs, sand toys, games, puzzles - all of the things that make a few days at the beach fun for everyone. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back next year!

Loved this home!!! So close to the beach. Views are amazing!! The power happened to go out while we were there. There was flashlights and a lantern available for us which was very nice to have. Lots of family games. All you need to bring is food and clothing. There are chairs for the beach. Even a rolling cooler for you to use. They have thought of everything. Toys for younger kiddos to use at the beach. If you are going in the cooler months, I recommend bringing a few pieces of dry firewood as the wood available may be wet. We will be going back in the summer with our kiddos. We loved this house!!

This home was so comfortable for our large group and the owners certainly think of everything. It was completely stocked with all the kitchen supplies and toiletries we needed as well as some commonly forgotten items and SO MANY TOWELS! As for the local area; the neighbors were friendly and the ambiance was serene. We danced around, did crafts with the kids, found sand dollars on the beach, and had an all around joyous time! If you’re looking to stay in a gorgeous home in a peaceful location, look no further. This home is packed with all the necessities and the surrounding towns have all the adventure.

The house is beautiful and clean. The beach is a walk away. You can see the sunset and rise. Though not a place to rent, if you have an elderly person with a wheelchair, since there are stairs leading up to the house entrance. Overall. A great experience.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. The Grandkids loved being so close to the beach. It was a good time.

We’ve been going to Pacific Beach for years and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed at. The modern decor to the well-stocked kitchen made our stay relaxing and comfortable. Ping pong table and hot tub were extras my son and husband loved.

The location, layout of the home, hot tub, and view are all fabulous. We have stayed in this home multiple times and will again. Kitchen appliances have been updated recently.

Very nice. Only a few issues, all that we overcame. They only supplied 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, when I texted the comment was just to get you started, and no dishwasher soap. Both surprises me from other places. Cleaning crew was 2 hours late. But we just headed to the beach which was very close. Had great day flying kites

Very well kept house, nice views and plenty of provided amenities to make your visit comfortable. For instance, propane was provided for grilling, plenty of firewood for outdoor firepit and provided with a very generous/warm welcome basket. Had a wonderful stay just be sure to bring your favorite foods and drink with you as the local shops etc. are limited.

Clean home with lovely decor. The sunset views from the home were beautiful and the walk to the beach is short. We had so much fun exploring the beach and relaxing in the hot tub. It was so hard to leave at the end of our stay.

The home is beautiful -- open downstairs great room/kitchen area looking at the beach which is a short walk away and expansive. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything, and there are many nice touches (blankets, extra deck chairs, kites) and clear instructions about use of TV/speakers, etc. Located in a small town with somewhat limited grocery stores but nearby Seabrook has 3 restaurants and fun stores. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely visit again.

The house was decorated very nicely. Plenty of sleeping and lots of extra blankets. King master very comfy. Fully stocked kitchen and the kurig was fully stocked with pods. Lots of extra upgrades. Super nice Weber grill, kites, marshmallow roasting sticks, beach chairs, sauna, and ping pong was a hot with the kids. Very nice Bose speaker to use. Wood was provided for fire pit and fireplace. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful home and the views are amazing. Right across street from beach. Cute area but bring food in if you wanna cook!!! VERY limited grocery opportunities. The only thing that needed attention is the hot tub. It just needs drained and cleaned. Beautiful peaceful area with all the modern amenities! You won’t be disappointed!

We found everything to be clean and comfortable. Games, turtle stuffies and books (grandchildren enjoyed), and household supplies. A nice quick walk to the beach or the little store. We all had a great time.

Perfect location, the views are just spectacular! Loved that everything I needed was in this home. The only thing I wish was better is the hot tub was not clean. There was sand inside and the water was not clear. Otherwise this home is just perfect.

This is the best place to stay at Pacific Beach. We have stayed at Seabrook multiple times before finding this gem. EASY beach access with an amazing view from your private hot tub.

I've stayed in a few vacation homes and normally the pictures online are not indicative of what the house really looks like. Not at this location! It was fabulous! The house is in a quiet little town and right across the beach. The house itself is nicely decorated and inviting. It comes fully stocked with everything you need and more! . It was great not to have to hook up our own fire sticks to TVs as they were updated smart TVs so all we had to do for our movies was sign into our accounts. Loved watching the sunset from the hot tub! The surprise was the ping pong table and sauna in garage! If I were to get really picky there would only be two suggestions I would make: we opted not to use the Keurig because the filter was really dirty and needed to be changed. The other would be the ceiling fans and vents needed to be dusted . At one point we wanted to turn ceiling fan in livingroom on but opted not to because of dust. I do need to say that everything else was very clean. Our son is medically fragile so I dont take cleanliness lightly. There isn't a whole lot to do in town but that's not what we were there for. We wanted to get away from the city and this place was the ticket.!

We stayed for a new family tradition now that the kids are adults to celebrate the holidays by planning a vacation together. This home was well appointed with everything you would need. Thank You Jeff and Shari for your home and Very Thoughtful arrival gifts for our family. My search for this vacation get away on VRBO was for 7 adults and My recommendation is that this home is suited to sleep 4 adults comfortably with the 2 bedrooms with larger beds. The 3rd bedrooms bunk beds size and mattress's were intended for kids and my adult kids did not find them very comfortable for mattress thickness and bed size. I brought a queen size blow up mattress for an option to use in the garage area but due to it having uninsulated walls and a very cold temperatures during our stay we could not use that mattress so my son had to use the trundle in the kids room instead. I would Love to rent the home again in Warmer months and then use that garage for the blow up mattress's for sleeping options for the adult kids. I highly recommend the home for its views and location and we all appreciated how clean and well appointed the home was.

The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were great, the gift box was unexpected but greatly appreciated, but the topper was the telescope!
