Very nice

The house was comfortable, clean ans close to most points of interests. We had a small Cleanliness issue but the owner was quick to remedy it. If i could say anything I'd change would be the pillows in the master bedroom were not that great for sidelsleepers so next time I'll bring my own. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

This house was perfect for our family. Great fenced yard for our dog. Well stocked kitchen. Nice view. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

This was our first time at this property. The house is large , clean and wonderful. Really like the full details /photos of the house on VRBO. Appliance’s were all in great shape. Game room was full of fun. Kitchen was stocked as stated in the detailed description. I would recommend this house and will stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Sandy’s. Well stocked kitchen and baths. The view is great - we could watch the changing weather as sun became clouds and then squalls would whip up the surf, then back to clouds and sun. Overall, we had a great time.

This place is the best for an ocean vacation. Never disappoints!

Fun time

This was a perfect spot to hit the beginning of razor clam season and enjoy time with the family. The neighbor dog does get in the yard to pay a visit from time to time but is very friendly. The house had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive to questions. We had a great stay!

Enough room for everyone, perfect game room, and location is beautiful

Great place to get away to for some serious relaxation and fun. Its close proximity to the beach allowed for early morning walks and fantastic views of the ocean from its spacious deck and panoramic windows. It has amenities above and beyond what you normally find in vacation rentals, the game room is well outfitted for lots of fun by all ages. I would recommend Sandy’s beach house to anyone who is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of home for some fun activities, ocean breezes and quality relaxation with family and friends.

We stayed here for a long weekend with my husband, my daughter and her husband and their 2 teenage sons. The house was just great. We enjoyed the game room, lovely views and walk to the beach. We drove to the beach on Sunday and enjoyed flying kites and playing games. The house was very clean and well maintained. Sandy, who manages the property does 2 things I wish more VRBO property managers did. First there are not signs all over the house tellng you not to do this or to make sure and do that. No one likes to feel like they are constantly being scolded when they are on vacation. Good job Sandy. Second, when checking out there were just a couple things to do, that were very reasonable. Some check out procedures are completely out of line. I rent from VRBO 3-4 times a year. I am going to start inquiring about the check out tasks before i give them my money. With this property we just took out the garbage and run the dishwasher. Easy stuff.

We enjoyed out stay at Pacific Beach. The house is clean, large, has a great view, and was well-stocked for all our cooking and entertainment needs.

Overall very nice, clean and spacious. Perfect home base for the clam digs.

This is an amazing house!! Stayed for a weekend girls trip. Plenty of space with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were all comfortable. Fast internet with a tv in each room. The beach is easy to get to walking or by car. The weekend we went was pretty chilly. It was wonderful being able to walk on the beach and then come home and turn on the fireplace to warm up. Loved it!! There is a big table perfect for meals together or doing a puzzle (as we did). If you have kids that game room is amazing, so much fun. We had a dog with us and the fence back yard was great. Great instructions, easy access, no problems. Would recommend without hesitation!!

We came during storm season and it bit us in the hind end a little. But Sandra was such a gracious host through things totally out of her control. The property is exactly as stated. My kids (25, 22, 19, 12, 7) didn't leave the game room the entire stay. Just a great place and we had a fabulous time. Thank you !!!!

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The views from the living space are wonderful. It is the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed. The beds were very comfy. And the best of all was the game room. We spent hours there.

We were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the property. There was a yard where we could let our greyhounds wander without worrying they would escape. Everything was supplied.

The view, the fenced yard with a big toy, the game room, to the easy walk to the beach this house had something for everyone.

My baby, two dogs and i had a peaceful stay here. It was clean, yard is huge-my dogs loved it! The ocean view was spectacular. We walked to the beach and visited Seabrook easily. House is nice…if i had a group, the game room would have been a blast. Sandy was very kind.

This place was great. Plenty of places to sleep if you bring the whole family. An amazing view of the water. And the game room is fantastic! We stayed up so late playing pool and shuffleboard. I would stay here again.

Great location and house for our family vacay exploring local WA beaches. Very cozy, tons of room, just as pictured. Guys spent several hours playing pool. Would be a perfect place for kiddos too. Very quiet, good neighbors, and Navy vacay houses surround property. Would recommend and would stay again!

Loved the house, rec room very nice. The views are awesome. Only thing I can think of to improve would be to have a dog wash put in, so when renters go to beach they can clean there pets up before letting them into the house. This would help your house cleaners. Overall loved the house no load noises, neighbors are respectful and don’t bother you. FYI your neighbors house could turn away some renters.

Great house perfect for family with younger folks We had a great time here in the house on the beach! the game room was fun, the bed were very comfortable the house is perfect for family and kids. Our dogs love the yard! Kitchen was a good size and accommodated all of our food that we brought plus they have a plethora of spices and other things there on hand which was a nice addition! I would highly recommend this house to families and larger groups to stay.

Wonderful house - kids loved the game room and the 10m walk to a pretty open beach without many people so they could really run around. It is PNW summer weather so wetsuits highly advised (water and air low 70s).

The Pacific Beach property was beautiful. Its location was just a short walk to a great Beach. The property manag ef was excellent to work with and promptly responded to questions. The house was well kept and supplied with everything we needed for a quality vacation with our family. I highly recommend it.

This is our third visit. We love it!
