Lact was a great communicator! House was well stocked with plates, cups, cutlery (bring your own soap/shampoo). Beds were very comfortable but if you're a light sleeper do not stay in either of the bedrooms on the back of the house, there was always 1-3 trains that rolled through every night.

Everything was perfect. Close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. You can hear the trains but after the first night never bothered us. The house is located close to everything never had a long drive to get anywhere for anything.

The property was very clean, in great gated neighborhood, and very well furnished. We had an excellent stay and the sleeping arrangements were very roomy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and decorated well. There was beach toys that were very helpful since we forgot some of ours. Would definitely stay here again!

We wanted the grands to experience Mardi Gras with a family atmosphere so I booked this property. It was a great location…kinda in between all the events but close to some of our favorite restaurants and activities! Aside from the location the townhouse was a cutely decorated and very clean. Plenty of room for everyone.

Everything was great other than if you have people going to stay a week you might have more than a 1/4 roll of paper towels or let them know to bring either way and a can opener that works. But seriously if that is the two worst things you did great.

The house is beautiful! It was so comfortable staying there with my family. We all had room and wasn’t cramped. I loved the fact that it’s in a gated community so it made us feel more safe. There’s everything in the house that you could need. Even beach toys for the kids to play. The owner is so sweet! From day one she quickly responded to any of my messages and didn’t act like I was a bother! We are definitely going back

We had a wonderful stay at Lacy's beautiful condo. Can't wait to go back. The condo had everything we needed and Lacy was super nice and answered every question I had. The best host ever. My three teen grandchildren had a blast. Close to everything.

This was the perfect place to stay for a beach vacation with a family. There are 7 of us and we all fit nicely without having to shove too many teenagers into sharing a bed. I had to reach out to Lacy once with a question and she was prompt and very helpful. Loved staying here! Would 100% stay here again if we're in the area.

Property was excellent and great value. Good location, short walk to beach. Short drive to restaurants and local attractions. BR were comfortable. We were 5 adults and had plenty of room. The owner thought of everything; games, beach towels, you name it.

Overall we had a nice stay. Train was a little loud when it would pass but you get use to it. The place has cameras so we felt secured because our Jeeps were all open for the weekend. The space was nice, loved the back patio area. Overall I would stay again

We enjoyed the getaway. We were aware of the train before arrival, but it was louder than expected.

Cleaning limited to center of rooms only. Dirty walls windows trim. Train tracks 100 ft in back of home six or more each day house shakes and horn blows at home each time ( two or three times at night) never informed a train was so close
One toilet didn’t flush coffeemaker didn’t work dishwasher was new but didn’t drain packing material still in it not tested.
Owner lied when confronted saying her family had stayed right before us and it was clean
Towels were put away wet in dirty vanities
I asked for the cleaning fee back which she refused
If this is typical of VRBO homes we will not use you again

9 people. 5 adults 4 girls ages 9/10 for an event down the road in Biloxi. We had a blast. Everything was close to the rental. The owner answered all our questions and made everything so easy! We will certainly be staying here again! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay. Train was a little too close. Some confusion as to check out time. With the number of instructions/protocols, I suggest listing them for posting in pantry for all in the party to peruse.

The condo was perfect for our family. We had 9 people and it fit us comfortably. The condo was well stocked for the comforts of home. Rhe location was perfect. The property manager was kind and quick to respond. I highly recommend this location!

We really enjoyed our stay and the property location was awesome. Everything was clean, and the house is well equipped. Also, we loved that our pup had her own space too, there is a small dog park at the entrance and dog stations all around the properties. The communication with the host was great and we will definitely consider coming back!

Great Deal in this economy
We were in town for a dance competition and research many hotels in the area. So many were overpriced. I discovered unit and would fit perfectly for us and our friends. We had a great time hanging with our friends, summing, grilling, and hanging out by the fire pit. It was less expensive than a hotel and so much more room for our two families.

A perfect getaway
The townhouse is adorable. The layout provides excellent use of space. It is located a short walk from the beach, and a very short drive from the mall and other shopping centers. The kitchen was well appointed. Having 3 bathrooms and a laundry area was most helpful! Being in a gated community gave us a better sense of security, even though the area felt very peaceful and safe anyway.
The host Lacey was so nice and helpful. She quickly responded to all of our texts and even helped me find the nearest Walmart. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.
