We spent Christmas week at this lovely home, and it was perfect. Roberto had decorated for Christmas and the house was so cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to be able to cook many of our meals there. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, and top of the line appliances (coffee maker, blender, etc). Our family had plenty of room to spread out. The decks offered great views and the house was within walking distance to both hiking trails and downtown. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Roberto for a great stay!

This trip was our second stay at this Frisco townhome and was just as enjoyable as our first trip. We love the location within an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on main street but at the same time having a quiet, secluded feel. The property is well appointed and has comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. We would definitely stay in the townhome again on future trips to Colorado.

This was our second stay at this Frisco townhome and we enjoyed it as much as the first trip. Property is a very short walk to Main Street and is well appointed with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and clean. Beds are comfortable. We definitely plan to return to this property on future trips to Colorado.

Spacious house, easy walk to town, hot tub steps away. There were 7 of us and we had friends up from Denver who were able to spend the night in the downstairs bunk room rather than drive back. Beautiful home, fully equipped, working wood burning fireplace, grill on the deck, party lights...it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Roberto!

Property was super nice and clean. I have zero complaints and am currently planning another trip back to this same place. The property manager was super helpful and quick to reply. It’s located within walking distance of all the happening places in Frisco which is an awesome little town. Probably my favorite Colorado ski town I’ve been to so far. This townhome was about 8-10 minutes from copper mountain which was where we skied and was a very easy commute. All in all I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect location, nicely equipped kitchen too.

The house was perfect for our family ski vacation! Our kids loved having their own space to hang out in the basement tv/bunk bed room.

We loved our stay in this home. It was in the PERFECT location, we could easily walk to all of the restaurants in Frisco. The house itself is spacious and worked perfectly for our group of 6 adults. The basement would be amazing for kids. Everything was clean and well maintained. We’d definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Location was convenient to Summit County ski areas. Condo was within walking distance to the lovely town of Frisco. Roberto was a great communicator which made check in seamless. He also checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything or had questions. The condo looked professionaly decorated. It was well stocked with nice towels and cozy bedding. We hope to stay there again.

Our large group enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. It was nice to have a quick drive to Copper but also have the ability to walk to Frisco Main St to go shopping or grab lunch. We were SUPER bummed that the hot tub wasn't working.. Not really the owner's fault since it's a community hot tub, but we often pick ski houses based on the fact if they have a hot tub or not. So that was a disappointing realization upon arrival! Also, it would have been great to have some firewood available for the wood-burning fireplace. Finally, we had to run out for toilet paper since there was one extra roll between all the bathrooms.. not ideal for a large group! There were some other shorted supplies (dishwashing soap, trash bags, etc.. little things that were frustrating). Bathrooms were beautifully updated (like the rest of the house) although the shower water pressure was pretty bad. Other than that, kitchen was mostly stocked and we enjoyed putting a chili in the crockpot that was available! Also enjoyed the large dining table for meals and game night. Would recommend staying here, just a few things that could be improved!

The whole experience was so easy - from check in process to check out and follow up. Communication was stronger than other VRBO properties I’ve used. Home is perfect for trips with kids - the kids room allows for kids to enjoy themselves and adults to visit upstairs. The beds are so comfortable - best sleep away from home I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend

We stayed at this beautiful Royal Glen townhome in Frisco, July 29-August 2, it was perfect for our family! (Probably way more space than we needed but so totally worth it!) This was a family reunion vacation, every family unit had accommodations, at various locations in Frisco and it was fun to see all the different options this lovely town offers! (Of course, we thought ours was the best!) This unit is clean, spacious, very well decorated and stocked with all the necessary items one would need. Beautiful location, walking distance to town and several trail heads. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful mountain town getaway! Roberto was a fabulous super host, was very prompt with answering any questions AND let us have early check in, nice bonus!! Going to Frisco?! Book this townhome, you won't be sorry about either decision! Promise!! Until next time, Frisco, we'll definitely be back!
