A quiet spot just off the bike path out of Edgartown traffic but close enough to walk to town or Katama beach. There is a huge deck that accommodates many people, with a sitting area and a table area each with a large overhead umbrella. The space inside is clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, as long as one is good with eaves in the kitchen and bedroom. We filled the place with 10 people and with 4 bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms, we had ample space. A lovely simply decorated home with rabbits in the yard to entertain young ones!

House was in a convenient location (right off the main road a little over a mile south of Edgartown). Checkin/out was easy and host was very responsive to my questions. Friends and I were in town for a wedding and spent minimal time outside of sleeping actually at the house so it worked great for us. Few things to note: a few ppl have pointed this out, but I didnt realize til like the week before that the house has zero towels or sheets, so you have to spend a few hundred dollars renting those or bring your own. The house also didn't have soap or other basics in most of the bathrooms. Last thing was just that the staircases are pretty small/dangerous so prob not great for kids.

1st floor bedrooms are small; well suited for children. Kids under 6 should stay on 1st floor and avoid circular staircase. Decks are huge with quality furniture and umbrellas. Enjoyed using the Pottery Barn dishes and appreciated the indoor wooden blinds. Grateful for new appliances in the kitchen and 1st floor laundry. Master bedroom was spacious with clever overhead lights.

Title says it all! Great location, clean, all of the household needs, full propane tank and the BEST DECK EVER! Owner’s were great to communicate with and Brian was very pleasant, personable and quick to help. Great vacation thanks!

We had a group staying for a wedding weekend and the house was great! Robert was a quick responder, flexible and a very helpful host. Just a heads up the house is BYO linens, which is written in the docs but not on the listing. House is very close to the beach and Katama General Store, which we visited frequently and quickly. Great for groups - would recommend. Thanks!

The property was as described, very clean and well situated between town and beach. There were several issues - blind missing on bedroom window by neighbor’s house, grill not working, lights out in the kitchen and almost no toilet paper. We let the caretaker know and hopefully he addressed those for the next renter. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Also might be helpful to note in listing that you need to bring your own linens and not just on the check in info sheet after the final payment.

This property is very clean and very close to the beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay and the owners were very prompt in responding to any questions or queries we had which was great. Plan to come back in September

Everything was superb, girls had best time exploring island.

The house was very clean, and located in a great area very close to the Beach and downtown Edgartown. The master suite was awesome and huge, but no blinds on the sliding doors (wish I had a sleep mask!) so it gets very bright early in the morning.Overall would definitely recommend this house and looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a great time at this property. The house was just perfect for our family of 4 along with my parents. We had a small issue on the 2nd night there, I texted the property manager at 10:00pm, he responded within a few minutes and was at the house in 20 minutes--unbelievable service. We used the outdoor grill a few nights and had dinner and breakfast on the deck. It was beautiful. We would highly recommend this property.

Overall the house was great the outside deck was huge and very enjoyable. The house comfortably fit our large group. Some of the bedrooms were small and one of the beads was more of a kids bed then for an adult.

If you like Edgartown and South Beach, you’ll love this location just 1.5 miles to the beach and 1.5 miles to the Edgartown (2.0 to the wharf) along a great bike path. The deck on the first floor (raised two feet from the ground) is HUGE (in the vernacular of our president) and great for outdoor meals or just lounging! The master bedroom is also HUGE with a great deck of its own. The other bedrooms are quite a bit smaller but functional. The kitchen is large and has some nice features. There is a new, high quality, French door refrigerator that really works well (most refrigerators in rentals can’t keep food cold when large numbers of people opening them up many times a day) – this refrigerator kept frozen foods truly frozen and fresh foods properly cooled despite our very frequent use. The stove is also new and functions very well. The outdoor barbeque also was top notch. Strangely, there is no dishwasher or blender in the otherwise complete kitchen. The outdoor shower is large (plenty of room to hang a change of clothes without fear of getting them sprayed accidentally) and is conveniently located next to a back-door entrance to the house. For heavy internet users, this place is a dream – I did a speed test on my laptop using wi-fi and registered 240 Mb! Mollie was also helpful and pleasure to deal with. All-in-all, a wonderful week!

Great house with large deck and outdoor shower. Brand new appliances in the kitchen and clean look. Perfect for one family with teenagers (huge master bedroom with own deck) . Bikes and beach chairs. So close to South Beach and Morning Glory farm! Great host and care taker.
