It was great to park right outside the door! Nice inside, AC running when we arrived! Love the beach theme, everything was clean and organized. Perfect for a night at the beach with my daughter!

This is our second time staying at this property. The cottage was wonderful and just as clean as last year my kids had a blast at the pool and the small park that is located on the property. Everybody was friendly and will be coming back next year for our July vacation.

This place is obviously well cared for. Though originally a 1940’s or ‘50’s cabin within this motel complex, it has been updated with care while some original features remain. Such as, Bead board ceiling and some knotty pine walls and doors. However, amenities are all modern and convenient, complete with thoughtful touches that made our stay very pleasant. We would go back!

We have been renting cottages in the Wells and Ogunquit area for many years. This cottage was, without a doubt, the the most comfortable and best equipped one we have ever rented. The owner has thought of everything+. The only thing that wasn’t perfect for us was one of the double beds. It was tight against the wall and too heavy to move it out to make it properly. We are seniors, so perhaps it’s easier for younger people. Not a problem though, we worked around it.
Kudos to Mary Lou for taking the time to place very clear instructions about a number of things, including the three televisions. She was also very quick to answer any questions we had.
A thoroughly enjoyable and cozy place to stay. Highly recommend!

My grandsons and I had a wonderful stay at this cute, very clean rental! Central location, heated pool, family activities, friendly staff and responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again and refer to friends and other family members!

we enjoyed our stay so much. the property was in good shape and the area was perfectly quiet at night, which was important for our baby. the kitchen sink was clogged but it was easy to fix. we will definitely try to come again if we are in the area

Check in process was easy. Cabin was clean and I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were! Walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Was a perfect spot for a girls get a way .

We really enjoyed our stay. It was just what we needed. Everything was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, and is in a great location. I would suggest replacing one of the mattresses, it was quite uncomfortable. I changed beds & made my kid sleep on it for the rest of our stay :) We will be happy to return!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable. All. the rooms had air-conditioners. The porch was wonderful, we spend most of our time playing board games in the evening. We're definitely making plans to return next year.

Quiet and Close to everything
We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year. The cottage was small but had all the amenities that we needed and honestly we didn't need much as we were out and about for much of our stay. our kids (6 and 4 yo) really enjoyed the pirate ship playground and the swings! The property/ cottage was very clean! the only negative things I would have to say is one of our beds was fairly uncomfortable, and the listing should maybe include the name of the resort as we had a hard time figuring out which place to go to.

This was my third stay at this property and I was just as happy as the past two trips. I absolutely love the decor and overall feel to the cottage. I'll continue to bring my family here for our next adventure!

A nice visit to maine.
The property was exactly as advertised. Great location and amenities. I am also a property owner through VRBO and if I may make one suggestion that the kitchen by a bit more stocked with some simple condiments/ spices. Otherwise a wonderful get away!

A great Southern Maine Getaway
Location, location, location! We rented this very nicely renovated small cottage with a very large feel. Although not directly on the water, it was only a short drive to Wells Beach, with plenty of convenient parking. The cottage had a nice sized bedroom, a well appointed kitchen, recently renovated bathroom, and a wonderful front porch, all rooms with AC if needed. A small gas grill was perfect for a small gathering, and the on-site management team was responsive and accommodating! We would highly recommend this property for a couple, or small family! There is an on-site swimming pool and play areas for the kids!

Clean and comfortable
This cottage was spotlessly clean and met our needs beautifully. The owner sent us a lovely welcome message and there were notes left at the cottage so we knew how to use the tvs, wifi, etc. very thoughtful. Guests should be aware that the cottages are close together so if you have noisy neighbors, which we did, you will hear them. The hot tub for the entire property was nonfunctional and the property manager was unhelpful about it. Wells was a bit touristy for us, although we had a pleasant time. The main road gets backed up in the high season and can be tedious.

So pleased to find this place for an improtu trip. Owner was responsive, check in was easy, and cottage was spotless. Close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Awsome Vacation Spot
All I can say Is OMG what a fantastic cottage so pretty and have everything we needed . We were 30 min from every thing. The pool and hot tub was great and all the guest were friendly. So much to do two parks for the kids to play horse shoes . So come on down telax and have a ball !!!! We sure did Lynne V

Although it wasn’t exactly water view it was a pleasant stay and a good location.
Property was clean and well thought out with what was needed for a nice stay. It was quiet and people were friendly and within walking or biking to restaurants and beaches and a quick drive to many amenities.
