I understand that it’s “staging” but the house wasn’t as modern as its online presentation made it appear. Some dishes were dirty, cabinets and furniture broken, a vanity was leaking and the pool was filthy when we arrived. To his credit, Kamal immediately responded to all of our concerns and resolved everything within hours. He gets five stars!

Great time and place to stay.

The house had everything we needed for our stay. We were here for a funeral and had people of all ages and everyone enjoyed the accommodations. Great master suite and large, nice kitchen.

i could rate this as one of my best stays and we had really enjoyed our stay. Host Kamal is highly accommodative, hospitable and I can say that he is the best host. I certainly recommend it and assure a pleasant stay and lovely experience.

The property was very easy to use. The rooms are big, and the house had everything needed to make this trip easy.

The property was well appointed and as described. There was plenty of room for 10 people to sleep over, the pool was nice and the house was clean. It would have been nice to have a cutting board in the kitchen and the kitchen faucet was difficult to turn off. Overall a great property.

We reserved this house for a small bachelorette celebration of four people. We had chef's come and prepare us dinner (the open concept kitchen was perfect for that), and everyone had their own bedroom. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood, and we loved having a pool to cool off in late in the afternoon. I would definitely book this property again!

The downstairs AC didn’t work. The repair didn’t happen while we were there. It made the house miserably hot. The host offered to move us but the relocation was too far way. He also gave a $299 credit. I appreciate his effort but no AC in texas summer is rough.

I would recommend staying at this beautiful home. We picked this home for our family vacation to Frisco because we wanted to have a big enough house that everyone could have their own room/space for themselves. We stayed for an extended weekend and it was in a great location to drive down the street to the grocery store, food restaurants, or right onto the freeway to get downtown. We were excited to have a pool at the house so that the kids and adults could enjoy swimming around. It was great, but I will say the pictures make the pool look a bit larger than it is in person. After we initially checked in we needed additional cleaning, but once I reached out to Kamal (the host) he immediately addressed our concerns. Kamal was a GREAT host and I did have to reach out to him a couple of times throughout my stay for a few missing items, but he was SUPER responsive and he would respond back within 90 seconds almost every time, so that was AMAZING! Overall it was a great trip and huge thanks to Kamal for hosting my family in his home.

The neighbor is very rude and making threatening noises on the fence while kids having fun in the swimming pool. As long as these neighbors exist no family could enjoy the stay in those VRBO houses. My family members also not happy as they were told not to gather in the front yard as they are all taking pictures before getting into three cars. There are no wild parties as this house was used primarily to sleep and taking rest. These kind of properties should not be encouraged to be part of VRBO community as we were paying premium monies with rules not to talk and walk in the front yard. I do not recommend this property because of the annoying neighbor.

loved our stay at this property. Very centrally located to all activities in Frisco. We stayed to attend the FCS Championship football game in 2022. We had some questions and the owner had immediate response to help us out. Thank you

Overall the property seemed well maintained. We were surprised that there was no silverware or maybe we just didn't see it. The lighting being on timers was a little frustrating -Taking a shower in the dark is not a preference. They did come back on after a period of time.

It was good place to spend time as a family and creating new memories.

Great pictures is what attracted us to the home, especially the pool for the kids. But note the listing included a note that the heaters for the pool is not turned on, which rendered the pool useless since we arrived in the fall. It was just too cold to use. The cleaners did a horrible job; floors felt sticky, mold in all the bathroom walls, including lining of the washing machine. We indicated our party total was 11, but the utensils didn’t have enough for us. It also had a camera on the exterior front entrance to the side kind of tucked away, which was unusual and weirded us out. But the location was great and convenient.

We came for a conference and it was a great house with three bathrooms and extra sinks. The linens were clean and fresh and the house had lots of extra spaces.

Spacious beautiful home that was perfect for our sons wedding weekend. The house is very clean, close to restaurants, shopping and venues. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this rental. 10+

Lots of space for family fun and privacy if needed. Light sensor switches were a little annoying but painter's tape saved the day. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay there again.
