The walking distance to the beach was appreciated as well as the wagon and beach toys. The adults had plenty of outside activities nearby to keep everyone happy as well as Pac-Man for indoor entertainment. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen nicely equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It is clean and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood that’s great for walking and easy beach access. Marybeth is very professional and attentive.

The house was perfect for our stay with the family. The kids lived in the rec room when they weren't at their various camps in Hyannis. That made this choice ideal. We ate dinners out everynight so we did not use the kitchen much except for feeding the kids cereal in the morning. We did not use the outdoor grill. The only challenge is the bedroom off the kitchen does not have an indoor shower. You must use the outdoor shower. That was not so comfortable one day when it was 69 degrees and raining. Bring shower shoes. There is 1 full bathroom indoors and 1 very small bath with sink and toilet in one bedroom, plus the outdoor shower. That bedroom also has the full size washer and dryer in it. It was nice to wash our clothes at the end of the stay. 3 bedrooms total. 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds. Overall the stay was good and the location perfect for Hyannis activities. The abundance of traffic in/out of Hyannis can require more time for driving. I'm sure that's seasonal.

Great property for our family of 4, easy walk to beach as advertised, great amenities (firepit, outside shower, AC, laundry, gameroom), and super clean throughout. We enjoyed local restaurants close by, especially Old Kings Coffeehouse, Tugboats, Di Parma and Keltic Korner. Marybeth was immediately helpful and easy to work with. Overall, highly recommended!

The property was amazing. The game room was ideal for the kids. It was walking distance to the beach. The host let us check in early which was a bonus since we were traveling with young kids. I would definitely rent this place in the future

The house was just perfect for a beach vacation. Very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of room for the family, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of beach gear! Short walk to the beach and a great game room. Hosts were lovely and neighbors were super friendly. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this house

My family and I had a relaxing time at this vacation home. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils. Marybeth was very helpful and communicative. The recreation room was a real plus! We were able to easily walk to the beach and loved the convenience.

Close drive to everything, beautiful neighborhood to walk through to get to the beach, and a really fun, clean, and functional house to stay in. Marybeth is the most prepared host I've had - the kitchen is stocked up on anything you could need ( including a nice snack basket and bottle of wine! ), information booklets, and great communication

The house/property was perfect! Usually when you stay somewhere you can think of one or two things "you wish you had" but we couldn't think of a single thing bc this one had it all:). The beds were comfortable, plenty of space with the garage turned into the game room, the backyard was nice with the fire pit, hammock & grill(we didn't utilize it enough bc we were busy for wedding activities). They have everything you need for the 5 minute walk to the beach...even a wagon to wheel it all down there. Communication and check in/out process was super easy. 5/5 hands down and we've already promised my parents & our young daughter a trip back soon. Thanks again!

Marybeth was a wonderful host and the house was pretty awesome, too:) The walk to the beach was closer than I probably realized and the playroom came in very handy on the rainy days. Location of the house was super convenient to the best mini golf my family has seen and Captain Parker’s. Overall, very very happy and we are excited to come back!!

Clean updated house, plenty of towels and blankets! Very comfortable beds and pillows! Working AC and hot water for the outside shower. Everything was great, I would definitely rent here again!

My family of 4 stayed at Cape Christopher for 2 weeks this summer and had an absolutely wonder time!! The house has been beautifully updated, very comfortable, extremely clean, nice quiet neighborhood and just a short walk from Colonial Beach. We all got a lot of enjoyment in the game room too! Maybeth was super nice, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. Can wait to return!

Property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and was only a short walk to Colonial Acres Beach. My family has been coming to Yarmouth for years and this was one of the best properties we have stayed at. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful visit. The house was very clean, and the beach decor was very tasteful. It felt like such a treat for the weekend to stay there. The beach was an easy walk and the owners were amazing at communicating with us to make the most out of our visit. Our boys ages 10 and 13 loved the garage game room. Nice Bedding and towels provided was a plus too!

We were looking to get away to celebrate our birthdays, and decided that the Cape was the place to go. After looking at multiple rentals, we came across Cape Christopher, and it was love at first sight. It was in a quaint, charming, neighborhood, with only a short walk to the beach. It was also close to Main Street, so a perfect location for us. The house itself is a great size and is very well maintained. Check in/check out was a breeze and Marybeth was only a text away if we needed anything. She also surprised us with a small birthday treat, which was very kind and generous. It was a great weekend getaway from the city.

The house was neat, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a stay including linens which Is very rare with rental properties. The atmosphere is very relaxing but also fun with the converted garage game room which we enjoyed at night. Oh, and we really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard, especially on a cool fall night. It is evident that the owners care deeply about this house. We had a very relaxing few days of vacation in this beautiful house and hope we have the opportunity to stay there again. We had such a wonderful stay! Weather was breezy and a bit chilly but the location of this cottage made it so accessible to both bay and ocean beaches. We have 2 small boys who just loved the game room! Place was so clean and well cared for and well equipped. The owner couldn’t have been nicer or more prompt with questions and concerns. We loved our stay here - lovely 3 bedroom flat with updated kitchen and super fun game room was a big draw for the kids. Looking forward to many returns!
