I would stay here again except I do believe the room charges are to high therefore I would look for accommodations that are not so expensive,

the excessive room charges - $233/night (includes the pet fee but still I normally pay under $200/night (including tax).

Great location great price. And the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. So clean and a killer breakfast as well!

We missed getting up for breakfast but I am sad we missed it because they were still taking it down when we checked out and it looked amazing! The pool area was fun, the lounge and lobby were awesome and so was the selection of treats at the desk to purchase. It was very nice and fun for my kids and me to stay!

There was hair from a previous customer on the wall in the shower and black mildew around the shower bottom. The room had a funky smell that wasn't quite like mold or the pool but as if it were recently wet or humid.

Everything was great- from the decor to the sitting areas, to the friendly / helpful staff - and great gym .

Love the fact that there isn't a single square foot of carpet in the room. Rooms were decent size, very clean, nice linens.

I appreciated a hot breakfast, but the eggs were obviously powdered or came out of a box. It can't be that much more difficult to cook real scrambled eggs?

This was such a modern upbeat place. Super clean - loved all the different sitting areas, pool tables, salt water pool, outside fireplace, walk to historic downtown, rooms were great, black out blinds. Loved that the staff let us swim after hours!!

We were INCREDIBLY disappointed and angry when we found out that the pet fee was $75. We would have found a different hotel but we couldn't because we would have lost our money due to how late we had arrived and at that time our room had become non-refundable. Most hotels charge $20-25 for the pet fee, and the fanciest hotels charged us $50... but $75 is ridiculous. At that cost, we should've had our dog pampered. Instead, there was a 5 foot by 5 foot piece of turf, across a busy parking lot, where we were expected to take her. It was stinky and smelled like urine. When i made the reservation, I had sent a message through Booking.com to let the hotel know that we were bringing our dog, but never received any notification of the exorbitant pet fee. Too bad because the hotel itself was nice.

The breakfast was great and we could walk to restaurants for dinner. There is also a free trolley that will drop you off at your destination. That was very nice because we had 4 children with us.

We could hear the traffic. That is the only negative about the property. The hotel is very near I 15. I have to write several sentences, so I continue to write stuff.

there wasn’t a microwave! the hot water available for tea was in a container that made the water taste like coffee. I asked to get water from the kitchen and it only dripped out (didn’t work). The lighting in the room was terrible - SO dark! I couldn’t read or crochet. if these things were fixed I’d stay again.

Clean, fresh room and hotel. Nice breakfast, Daytime staff and cleaning crew are very nice and helpful.

Room in narrow,no drawer,NO Microwave???Tiny ,baby Pool and hours end at 10 pm. Never got to take the kids to the pool or try the hot tub .No fire turned on the patio first two nights, One over night clerk literally snapped on us as if we were kids at school.Thankfully our autistic son wasn't there or we would have left in the middle of the night. We thought it was an upper scale place where we can feel safe...Late check out is $35.00 till only noon. Felt new and nice, but drawbacks make it seem more like a $70.00 hotel instead of $180...

True to its name, this hotel is beautifully designed with a home like atmosphere. Comfortable rooms, decent breakfast and great staff. All in all, a great stay.
