It was an amazing location. The only issue that I had was the poor communication with Whitney the host or manager about the Jacuzzi. Turning on the Jacuzzi never got instructions on how to work the Jacuzzi. was texting her through the whole vacation.

Everything was wonderful. The house is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We would definitely stay again.

We came with family and loved our stay. It’s a beautiful home with an amazing backyard. Lots of cool things for the kids to play with. Close to the marina and Mojave. Will hopefully be coming back soon.

From the moment we booked, the property manager (Whitney) was extremely helpful with any questions or needs. The property is very well kept and perfect for our family of 8. Was also very accommodating for us to be able to park our vehicles and boats in the oversized circular driveway. Minutes away from the marina making this perfect for easy access to the lake. Our crew will definitely be booking again in the very near future.

Great home with lots of entertainment room out back. Hot tub was certainly a plus for our group. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was very spacious, the number of bedrooms and beds fit our group. Pool is not heated. We had a wonderful time.

I was especially pleased with how responsive Whitney and Ryan were; and the location for getting to Laughlin and Katherine's Landing was fantastic! We also loved the view from the pool deck. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location if you’re boating at Lake Mohave. Nice house although the living space was a bit small for our family of 11! Good communication with owners.

We were a group of 11 and there was enough space for all of us. The kids room was perfect. Also location is close to the casinos. Can't wait to stay here again!

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at Whitney's house. Whitney is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. The house was amazing and has an awesome mountain view. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Whitney was very attentive if needed. Over all, I would definitely recommend this home if ever staying in Bullhead City, very close to Laughlin's night life.

We had a wonderful stay. When booking, note that the pool can not be heated, and the vacuum that has to remain in the pool is attached to a hose the length of the pool. So enjoying the pool with the hose in vacuum in it is very difficult, I can't imagine kids playing in it around the hose & vacuum.

The house was a perfect spot for a great vacation. It was exactly like the pictures. Everything was nice and clean, pool was amazing, and it has everything you need for a fun weekend.

Whitney was a great and understanding host. Everyone loved the property amount of space was amazing . Perfect distance to casinos.

This house is great! The kitchen could use a few more supplies to make life easier but it had enough. The amenities were great! Pool, garage access, plenty of private rooms and communal spaces. We will definitely be back!

House was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. House is located in nice neighborhood and close to casinos and restaurants. We plan on going back next year if available.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house was not good. There was a large amount of hair in the master shower drain, the grill had burnt hamburgers and cheese all over it and the grill utensils were on the ground next to it, the dishes were not all clean (as we started cooking we had to clean several items from the drawers) and the patio furniture that was supposed to be stored away, per the manual the owner sent, was strewn about the back yard and in the pool. The spa usage fee is not all day use like the online listing says, but 4 hours. The outdoor lights under the outdoor canopy are not controllable by the renter. The fireplace is listed as an amenity but couldn't be turned on anywhere we looked....the owners control some of the amenities remotely so that you really don't have full access to what you rented. If you want to use the spa you have to give them 24 hours notice of what time and temp you want it set at. Great idea unless you want to use it at a moments notice (or even that day). The front entrance had at one time furniture for outdoor sitting, great idea, but all we found in there was dirt, leaves and some newspapers blowing around. I am hoping that these owners are new to renting out this property and will make improvements because when you pay a good amount of money per night (with the cleaning fee and taxes) then you expect a clean environment that you are able to control yourself for the duration of your stay. This house could be amazing with a few easy modifications to what people have access to and a better cleaned space.

I can’t think of a better river getaway property. It has everything you need to have a great time. Plenty of vehicle and watercraft parking, clean, great AC and amenities. These owners care about you having an awesome experience. Thanks again guys!
