This place was perfect, my sister is getting married and we had friends and family coming in from out of town and we just wanted one central place for all of us to give together. Everyone had an amazing time we had 12 people and it worked out great. The host was amazing with answering any questions right away. I definitely would stay here again.

The property is faithfully portrayed by the photos. It has a very comfortable kitchen, dining and living rooms which worked very well for our group (seven adults). The bedrooms are very comfortable and the house stayed cool even in hot weather. Parking in the street was not a problem; the neighborhood is safe, quiet and close to the Golden Gate park with many different attractions only a short walk away. One (minor) shortcoming was the lack of water glasses (we had to use coffee cups instead) but, apart from that, the kitchen was well equipped.

This place is great! Comfortably fit 12 ladies with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen has all the dishware you need. Communication with the owner was quick and detailed. Good location within walking distance of Golden Gate Park and restaurants. Would recommend!

Overall stay was great! Homeowner responded quickly. Beds were comfortable. Was a welcome book with information. Street parking was near by. Luggage storage before and after rental. Sleeps 10 comfortably.

Rented this as a centralized spot to get ready before my wedding ceremony in Golden Gate Park and our reception at a venue in the Mission. My friends and family and I all loved the place- definitely very spacious and comfortable. I live close by and already love the neighborhood; even with weekend traffic in the park, it only took 10 min to get to our ceremony site. Had a minor issue with check in but Vicky was super responsive and helped me figure it out. Highly recommend for a large group!

We had a wonderful stay, and such a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of great food and the park. I wish we had paid a little more attention to how many beds there were. We had 11 people stay and realized the king bed was intended for 3 people, the bunk beds were intended to sleep 4 etc. With air mattresses provided we were able to make it work for our large party, but it’s just something to note for future larger parties of friends.

Lovely house in a great neighborhood. My husband had trouble with the internet since he was trying to teach one of his zoom college classes. The owner responded right away to fix it —plus he was desolated there was no coffee grinder so the owner Amazon primed one the next day! It was our son’s wedding weekend so we had family & friends from out of state and out of country coming & going —which was so easy for them because it’s just a block to the N Judah muni trolley.

Thank you for an excellent vacation. The house was perfect, very clean with everything we needed. The location is a short walk to Golden Gate Park and we even walked to the beach one morning. Great food a few blocks away and an easy Uber ride to the city. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed with another couple and their kids for the weekend. Street parking was predictably difficult for San Francisco but not impossible. The location was nice and felt safe. The house is clean and has a nice layout. It felt like it was or used to be someone’s home with a lot of Japanese books and decorations. The host was very communicative and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. The house was clean and homey. The only drawback we’re that there wasn’t really a full set of tools and bowls in the kitchen for when we were trying to cook family meals and that the living room tv wouldn’t connect to the wifi (trying to watch the Niners game.) The linens were a bit of a mix and match set, but were functional. Overall, not luxurious but still a cozy spot to have multiple families on vacation. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The space was roomy and had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and communicative. The only minor issue was that street parking was not as available as we thought based on the online description. But that wouldn't prevent us from staying there again. It was a nice location to use as a home base.

This place was a fantastic find. Felt like you had an amazing friend that allowed you to stay in their place because it had a truly homey feeling. Plenty of beds and the living room was a great place to watch movies and hang out. Try any of the recommendations in the house book, all the restaurants and places to visit were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was in perfect location in San Francisco. It was close to a lot attractions. It was clean, comfortable, and we had plenty of room for our large family.

Great location in sunset district right next to the train. Decent amount of places to go out at night. Comfortably sleeps 8 people, anything more than that becomes a stretch for a vacation, no one wants to sleep on a couch for an extended vacation stay. Really appreciated the amenities and location

We had a group of 10 of us, celebrating a bachelorette weekend for my sister. Everything was perfect for our stay, from the character of the house, the spaciousness and the amazing responsive host! The house manual was very helpful and everything was labelled nicely. Neighbourhood is beautiful, parking was not as bad as I imagined. Will definitely be back with my family as it is very spacious for families.

It was a wonderful stay for my bridal party! The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked! The one downside was that there was close to no parking outside of one car being able to park in the garage due to construction going on through the entire 18th st location. Since my wedding was on a Friday, my friends couldn’t park on other streets due to street cleaning. But the house was wonderful and great communication with Vicky!

The location was great, close to transportation, Golden Gate Park, restaurants, and more. Lidan was incredibly responsive and was very easy to work with and also quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean, very comfortable and the spaces were just as pictured.

Entery into the property had easy to follow instructions. Location was great. It was a good downhill walk to Golden Gate park. The master bedroom was spacious and quiet. Light switches and outlets are plenty thoughout the house. The kitchen was large and wish we were able to utilize it more. Even the piano was in tune.

Lidan was a delight to communicate with and so helpful all the way through the stay! Would love to return!
