Your hotel was disgusting. Dirty and not anything like the photos online. It was a complete lie. Once we were there and seen the state of the place there is no-one to speak to there or want a refund to leave. Totally wrong.

Good price for the location.
Extremely difficult to check in. No on site reception, so I received multiple codes through the course of the day to access my room, none of which worked. It took 2 hours to get into a room. They eventually gave us another one. Apparently some of the other guests had similar problems. Communication with the offsite staff was difficult.

Seemed like there were “domestics” and noise going on.
Residence had jimmied the outside doors open with bins so anyone could get into the building.

The location near the highway was good for our over night stop.
Because there are no staff on site the property felt like a boarding facility. It’s advertised as 4 star, but it is definitely not. The room is basic at best, the bed and pillows uncomfortable and the blind doesn’t cover all parts of the window, so the room is filled with light, not conducive to sleeping.

Modern, easy check in, beautiful big fig tree in carpark area. Great to see development around it and not removed during hotels building.
No serviced rooms for longer then a night stays unless you pay (this was never stated and which I still haven’t seen that written anywhere) called 2.30pm on second day to see if we could get towels changed. Told not one member of staff onsite on property. Told it would be an extra charge but they couldn’t do it to the next day anyway. Lots of rubbish and smoke buts in carpark and gardens, can tell that this has been accumulating over time. Entrance area, and stairs on arrival floor was filthy. Obviously had been cleaned up next day as presented nice and clean. Bathroom Supplies (body wash) were not filled. Very noisy through wall from other room. Which lead to lack of sleep. As neighbour was suffering a cough and unwell vomiting which we could hear everything .

Felt unclean looked kinda off old needs more vending machines needed to be vacuumed in the foyer and needed to aired out and spray some air fresheners around felt dark also

Their website is a nightmare.
Access in and out of the main building and rooms is via codes sent to your phone. On 4 separate occasions these had to be altered and resent because i was locked out of the main building, room or both.
Thankfully i carried my phone out to the car the first time, or I'd probably still be standing in the 38 degree heat. There were several other guests going through the same impossible hassles at the same time. There appears to be nobody in attendance. Hopeless situation.

Size of the room and cleanliness
The shower water pressure was low in this room, I've stayed here before in another room and the pressure was much better.
Upon arrival, found the tv was disconnected both power and coax cable, the fridge also didn't have an ice tray.

I liked the location and quick booking
The air was weird. They had really bad ventilation because you can’t open the windows on the facility I guess. And instantly I had a filling that it’s dirty but wasn’t. They should definitely use better ventilation or air refreshers or something

Hotel was a new experience with it not having a reception, place looked fairly new and beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom was large and the shower had great pressure…
The Internet and TV were a hassle and did not work properly and could not get channels which due to the lack of reception we could get sorted, you are given a qr to a site that tells you to email, which was frustrating….

The location was perfect and away from noise. There were basic restaurants around and a Cafe. Plenty of available carparks. But I walked to work and I had to walk around entire building to the roundabout. There was no shortcut due to fences.
I couldn't find the laundry. Not sure if there was a charge for this. The message said level 1. Sometimes confused if I'm on level 1 or ground level. I didn't want to bother others upstairs.

No staff on site. I have never stayed in a motel that had no staff before. I am disappointed by this measure.

Convenient location for the work I do
The cleanliness of the property has gotten worse over the last 3 months or so. Not only the entrance, corridors but now also the rooms are dirty. The model of no staff on site only works if someone is held responsible for the day to day maintenance.

Dirty laundry bag left in room, bed pulled right away from wall.... shouldn't have to put bed into place especially with a bad back.
Phoned prior to discuss check in to be advised it was a self check in, staff member answering phone was very hard to understand due to English being a second language. Staff member hung up on me when I asked another question.

Location was excellent, very quiet. Room was very large, shower was exceptionally clean. Bed wa HUGE, which made for a perfect nights sleep.
Light switches were a little confusing. I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and switched the room light on. Poor husband got a very rude awakening.

Stay here with my three young children and checked in late on the first night, apon arrival and getting into bed all sheets where covered in a mold like stain along with the pillow cases, the floor looked to have not been cleaned and the bathroom had a horrible smell
When flagging this with management they did not want to rectify the situation.

Front door did not accept my room code. Called the No. on the door - 3 times! NO ONE ANSWERED! Waited for another guest to enter so I could get in - 20 min in the rain. I understand no frills - this was simply terrible.

It was very suitable for a travel stop-over. Although basically in an industrial area it was quiet being off the main highway and roads.
Some might find the environment somewhat of an industrial area, but this was actually more to my liking as aone night stop-over.
