1. No heat all week during one of Floridas coldest. 2. House was not clean..sent pictures 3. Paid $135. per day extra to heat jacuzzi,which never got warm. 4. After 3 1/2 days sent 2 potable heaters to heat 7 bedrooms, 5 bath 5. We had 2 elderl 85 yr olds who got Ill from the cold.

This is a nice place to enjoy with the family!!

The house was in a great location from Disney and old town but it did need some repairs. The tv remotes was missing backs or just missing all together. There was confusion about getting the pool heated. The furniture was old and outdated. We expected a lot more from this property. The grill was broken and filthy. The pool need cleaning also. The bottom was brown which thank god we had a community pool. We wouldn’t recommend staying here. There’s too many houses to choose from for 3 grand plus.

Overall experience was great, from checking in onwards. The house itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly but it wasn't to the point of filthiness. Other than that, we had a great and enjoyable time. Ample space for everyone in the group to be able to have their own space or socialize. Perfect for big groups. LOVED THE POOL!!!! The clubhouse was awesome as well!! The area was a great location too; easy to find. Would stay here again.

It’s wonderful, good place a lot of thing you can do in The neighborhood, The house is great, good pool a lot of space. The person responsible to give you the code And help you with anything you need he’s don’t bother you but he’s there always for you I don’t want to thank God for that place

This property is not even worth it!! The furniture is old and broken, mold in the game room, on the shower curtain and window seal, popcorn was falling of the ceiling in the kids room, some ceiling fans didn’t work and were filthy, the handle on the half bath toilet came off, a remote was missing and the property owner doesn’t return calls, the lights in the pool didn’t work or the outside light over the front door, roaches were seen upstairs, the washer and dryer were pitiful. The metal broom handle is broken and I cut my arm on it. The certification is also expired. DO NOT RENT!!! The 1 star is for Kelly she’s apart of the property management she did great even though the majority of the issues she couldn’t fix.

When we got there the house was not cleaned. The dust and mold in between the folds of the shower curtains was gross! The add says heated pool but upon arrival we had to pay $400 to heat the pool and had to pay to use the grill which none of this information is in the add before booking the house. We paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated but the entire stay the pool and hot tub was cold. The hot tub was no were near hot enough to be a hot tub! The house was extremely cold we tried to heat the house but we had no luck, we would wake up to a house that is 66 degrees. Overall our stay at the house was very unpleasant! I wouldn’t recommend this house!!! The location however was perfect for us it’s located in the middle of a lot of attractions for families.

When we got to the home, there were several issues right off. The air conditioning was not working, our grill didn't work, outside lights to the pools didn't work, hot water didn't work, the indoor range didn't work and the downstairs toilet was clogged and would not flush. We later found out that the gas was turned off/not paid, which was the reason most of everything else was not working.

Photos are NOT representative of this dingy, poorly maintained property. Doors, walls, floors … all filthy. No coffee or condiments available. Mismatched, dirty utensils. Hot tub did not work. Toilets clogged easily. Resident gecko living under the disgusting stove. One of the couches has a broken foot. “Game room” is a total joke. Pool table is not level, sticks don’t have cues. Font bedroom runs at least 20 degrees warmer than rest if home. Ratty towels. Even my teenagers wouldn’t go in the pool it was so dirty. Front door lock mechanism so loose, door could be kicked in easily. Major mold in the lower master bdr. Attempting resolution for two weeks and no acknowledgement or returned calls/emails from the rental company. Paid big money for a family reunion vacation for an alleged “luxury” rental home. Vacation ruined due to misrepresentation. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME — GUARANTEED DISAPPOINTMENT.

There were a few things that we non working when we arrived. The pool area smelled like urine. Overall a good stay!

The very first day we get their we had to go fill up the propane tank. And had to also pay $75. To rent the grill no propane though. Hot tub jets didn’t work. They came out to fix them but some days they would work other days they wouldn’t patio chair legs were bent we were afraid to sit on them. I have two videos of cockroaches one was over an inch and a half big. The refrigerator had only one shelf in the door had no room in the refrigerator to put our groceries. Had to ask for towels most of the bathrooms had small towels to dry off works good for kids not adults. Funny how i decided to go over the budget by $500, because of the game room which when we got their was not the same room as the picture which miraculously was no longer on the site. Couldn’t play pool because the pool sticks didn’t have any cue’s so you couldn’t even hit the balls. The bedroom on the main floor with the queen bed was so hot had to get the fan in their. Had no tv in it. I could go on.
