It was our first time renting a house/cottage on vacation and it was much loved. That will be the way we go from now on.

Quiet, safe neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Clean and comfortable, hosts are friendly and responsive. Easy access to interstate

This was a cute little house that was centrally located to Disney Parks and Universal Studios. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Very quiet neighborhood which was awesome for us to come back to after our times at the parks. Highly recommend, it is a tiny home, but having the washer and dryer was a plus, we did all of our laundry before we left back to Texas.

We had a great vacation in a lovely cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed being so near Winter Park. The host was very responsive to our requests. However, the place has only one bathroom with a separate shower. Both are off the small kitchen. It worked out very well for us.

This is a very spacious guest house in a safe neighborhood. Great location and a short drive to a lot of popular areas. There was construction going on across the street, but the sound didn’t pick up in any of my virtual meetings. The hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The separate parking spot, and private access to this guest home really does make you feel like you’re in your own private home. Not just the guest sweet. The shower is a bit small, but that was no problem. Their hospitality and communication is great, and we had no problems at all.

This charming cottage in a beautiful “Old Florida” neighborhood was our oasis between baseball games. Our hosts thought of everything and the extras were a nice touch. We had a wonderful time.

Great accommodations for our visit to the area. Comfortable and nicely decorated. It's nice to visit neighborhoods when one is traveling to get a better flavor of the area. We enjoyed nice walks in the morning near the golf course. The only weirdness is the location of the shower (sort of in the kitchen), but it was perfectly clean and it worked out fine as we're a family. Very nice owners.

I stayed over there the day before my wedding at Dubsdread golf course, and the two following days. The location was amazing for our needs, and the guest house was cozy and spacious. However, one step on the floor without shoes on and my bridesmaid's foot was covered in dust and a tuft of dog hair. When we stopped to look at the floor, it was so dirty that we took the vacuum cleaner, vacuumed, and swept everything since my husband is allergic to pets. He still had terrible allergies afterward. The drawer that had forks also had a dead baby cockroach and a live silverfish in it, in addition to a ton of dust. Pros: - There is a lot of space, the living room is nice and it was very helpful to have so much space when we had a make-up and hairstyling team over - The bedsheets and towels were clean - There are board games in the room! - Roku tv with everything on it was really nice - Fully furnished Cons: - Everything besides the linens is very dirty, including the mattress protector in the main room. Also, don't step on the floor. - The initial picture on the listing is a little misleading, the listing is for the guesthouse - The shower is very small and the showerhead points into the wall (although it can be removed and handheld), the water temperature and pressure is really nice though. - Pet allergy warning - The utensils drawer had a dead cockroach in it, and a live silverfish. Clean any utensils/dishes before using. - There was old coffee in every mug when we got there (not coffee stain, just old, cold coffee) Hopefully, this review helps improve the quality of the property, and that by the time you're reading this all these issues have been addressed. This review was written in regards to our stay in December 2021.

The place had everything we needed, clean comfortable and a very nice neighborhood.

Charming, quirky cottage and a great host. They invited our dogs to run around in their backyard and even though the cottage is situated close to two houses, it still affords you some privacy. We would stay there again.

This place was perfect for our family! Will definitely be staying here again!

Our family stayed here on a multi month reservation while waiting on our new house to be ready for us. The house is well split up with separate bedrooms great for having little kids with early bedtimes. The full-size washer and dryer made life a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando for a long or short term stay

Excellent back yard for the dog. Shower was small. Placement of toilet was a challenge.

We loved the outdoor space - there is a cafe table on the patio which is great for a glass of wine or cup of coffee. There is also a gazebo in a beautiful back yard which is perfect for reading. The owner was a gracious host, promptly answering our questions and offering tips for the area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and was minutes to downtown. The cottage was pretty clean and had plenty of clean linens and white fully towels for guests. The only minor issue we had was the baseboards and floors were a tad dirty.
