arrived and was given a room that didn’t match my reservation. Staff said it was because I booked through Booking.com and not the hotel itself and told me it was my issue to resolve with Booking.com and there was nothing they could do as they did not have the room I reserved available due to being fully booked. Extremely poor customer service.

Rate change from what I expected. I booked with booking at the room I had reserved online was $30.00 more at the hotel and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I won’t use Booking.com Again ever 2 times they have been wrong on hotel room descriptions/rates

issues with reservations . my reservation stay was for 4 nights and some how I was check out June 12 after 2 nights and recheck in, new hotel manager Joshua is working hard to fix previous manager error, hope all is resolved as they currently charging me for 2 rooms and when I only booked one room and it was not my fault, I checked in June 10 and checked out June 14.

Cleanliness, shower was great, room design used every space efficiently. Loved the bed & tv w remote control in plastic for sanitation. The breakfast could be improved slightly but it was still good. We will stay again.

The property is well kept and the staff is very professional.

Location was great if you know the back roads. Breakfast was exceptional--Two different menus on two separate days.

Staff was great in resolving issue.

The issue was with Booking .com. Someone sent over incorrect information to the hotel, took over an hr to get family into room we paid for. Booking .com needs to contact hotel to get correct information.

A very nice hotel, newly built.

I had booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I was given a room with 2 queen beds. When I went to the front desk, she stated they were booked and was not able to move me to a suite.
