The place was nice. We didn’t know it would be shared with someone renting part of the property, didn’t really like that.

Property was as described, very clean, great location in western part of rapids city. Conveniently located near grocery stores and several great dining options. Served as a great home base for us to tour Badlands, Custer State Park, Spearfish Scenic Byway and Devils Tower.

So thankful I found this house for our trip to SD! Close to Mount Rushmore and the Badlands National Park! House had everything we needed and was very clean! Kids loved playing in the yard as well!

It was just as described, easy to navigate to all the surrounding attractions. Not far from walmart for groceries and easy to find our way back to. Would definitely stay here again. Many nice perks were plenty of dishwashing supplies, ice trays to make ice, extra trash bags, several kitchen and bath towels!

We had a great stay at this property, it had everything we needed and then some. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and see and the house was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. The place had everything I expected it to have and was very clean. It was nice to have a fenced yard that our Boston Terrier could run around in. We loved walking to the park in the evenings. We would absolutely stay there again if in the Rapid City area!

From the check in to the check out our stay was excellent! Very clean, comfy, well stocked and cozy! Not a detail left out. Even down to extra toiletries, q-tips, cotton balls and makeup removers. A definite 5 star VRBO! Will stay again for sure.

We’ll set up, cozy and clean. Location was great. However, we were a little surprised that there were tenants living below and sharing the yard with dogs.

We came to ride motorcycles in the Black Hills and this was a great location for that. Property was clean and property manager was great.

Very clean and nice. Stayed for 4 days and took in the sights. Easy in and out to get to the highways. Would recommend and stay here again.

Overall, the rental is worth the money. I will say the mattresses are needing to be replaced but everything was clean and as very well set up. They go above to make sure the rental has everything you might need.
The manager was delayed getting back to us on a couple questions but this was during the start of Sturgis.

The minute we walked in the door, we knew this home was a perfect fit for us. We brought 3 of our grandkids with us and they were very comfortable as we were. Property was immaculate, kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, dinner and drink ware, silverware, seasonings, etc. Beds were comfy. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to sites and activities. We highly recommend this property if your vacationing in western South Dakota! If you have pets this property is a perfect place for them as well!! We couldn’t be more pleased.

The place was very clean. Lots of kitchen amenities. It was great to find a place for our dogs!
It would be better if there would have been a top bed cushion for the barnwood bedroom, the bed was very hard. Extra pillows would also be great. None of the tv remotes worked in the bedrooms.
However, I would recommend staying here.

Leslie is the most accommodating property manager ever! The home has everything you could ever ask for. Our grandsons enjoyed the backyard and the nearby attractions. Truly the best property we ever stayed at!!!!

My wife and I stayed here a week with our dog Louie. Easy walk to Canyon Lake Park. Everything we needed was there and Louie loved all the squirrels, and deer in the evening. Very clean and would recommend.

Three bedrooms were perfect for our family. We appreciated the clean house, laundry facilities, amenities in the bathroom, and the well-stocked kitchen. The location is close to many of the area tourist sites. Leslie was helpful to communicate with.

This property was very clean and allowed pets which was a great bonus!! It was in a quite neighborhood! It was a little far (6-7 miles) from the places that we were going but Uber came and got us for trips we knew we would be having a couple drinks at! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home!!

Great experience. Beautiful and clean and very cozy. Fast responses when I had a question regarding the property. 3 mule deer walked up to the yard one evening. I will use this rental on my next visit.
