Very bad staff, they made us to wait for early check-in(initially told, no rooms available, few rooms are there but cleaning will start after 9.30 am), when we decided to find another property, i got a call saying rooms available, funnily they not only gave rooms but also next each other, got calls at 11.30 pm, knocked the doors for get food bills... saying it's 31st March they need payment immediately... when we why you are disturbing mid night, they threatened to vacate rooms.

Bad staff behaviour....the heck of 31st March sales pressure.

Does not meet the standard compared to the nightly rate.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was polite, location was near to the temple as well.

Food at the restaurant was below par. Wasn't worth the money they charged for it!!

rooms are excellent, not very far from Dwarkadheesh Temple and ISKCON Temple

Staff need more attentive towards guests.

Food quality and dining hall was perfect. Mr. Pradeep R, Chef ensured personal attention. Dining hall staff too was friendly. However, no ice was available. Needs to be taken care; particularly in summer months. This was a dissapointment.

As above. We had requested for extra bed, which was laid down almost around 12 am (night). Also, the Floor supervisor needs to be vigilant. No Pillow was provided, we had to ask for it.

Excellent breakfast and location.

Everything very nice and clean. Will stay in Lemontre in future in other cities too.

many faults. shower gulley not draining. lights kept turning off time to time. No face plate instruction on the phone.

The property is amazing. From the cleanliness, food, rooms or view. Every thing is more than perfect. Our stay there was no less than a blessing.
