This property was just as describe and the location was an added bonus being near the IGA and restaurants. Both the condo and the property were very clean and well kept. Owners were great with communication!

This condo is perfectly located in Cherry Grove, walking distance to ice cream, pizza places, grocery store, and a few beach bars and restaurants. Once you park and get situated, toss your car keys aside. If you want to drive, mini golf is not far, along with a ton of beach shops, and Myrtle attractions are 15-20 min away. The condo was super clean and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The pool was also great! I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends.

Love this condo!!! It is by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have stayed at and we have been staying at this location for the last 20 years. Tim and Pam are really nice and answered any questions we had right away. We hope to stay at their condo again.

Loved the condo. Have stayed at The Oceans numerous times, and this is the best yet. The unit was very clean, and you have everything you need to cook! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. You can't beat the location as you're an easy walk to everything you need. 8th floor is great. Great views, and keeps you somewhat isolated from street noises. Loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Wow! This condo was everything and more! This was our first time booking with VRBO and was nervous with the process, but this experience exceeded our expectations! The condo was exactly how the photos were portrayed, it was absolutely spotless clean, check in was easy process and the communication with owners was fast and seamless! We will definitely be back! I would recommend this beautiful condo over and over! Thank you for an amazing weekend with family!

This was the perfect setting to get away for a virtual conference. My friend and I had a great set up with a great TV to live stream a conference. We also had time to enjoy the beach and balcony. Everything we needed was close by. The owner was in town and was a pleasure to meet.

The property is right on the beach with restaurants and other shops within walking distance. Great views of the ocean. Property is clean and well maintained. We will be back.

Nicely redesigned condo with with great access to the beach, pier, restaurants and even a grocery store! We prefer North Myrtle to get away from the busy streets of downtown and easy access to golf and North Carolina towns too. A truly great find! We have stayed with Tim before (11th floor) and will do so again. However Tim, the knives could be sharpened. : )

This is the first-time we've rented a unit setup more for full-time resident living. We've usually rented all-inclusive units geared to renters. This was different and was more no-frills. On the not-so-good side: -smokers (wife has asthma and could not be on the balcony many times); -flooding from Hurricane Elsa (under the sliding-glass doors); -noise (not sound-proof); -soft mattress’ (none of us got a good night’s sleep thru the week); -difficult to open heavy sliding-glass doors (no handles gave cramped fingers); -dull knives (had to use my knives to cut foods); -no W/D in the unit even though a connection exists (knew about this - 4th floor common laundry room); -TV not working until I "debugged" which HDMI inputs worked; -smaller than pictured balconies; -not allowed to hang towels on the balcony; -lack of lighting in the entry foyer; -small entry foyer; -pool is actually smaller than pictured; -no hot-tub (knew this ahead of time). On the brighter side: -Tim is a good communicator. Very responsive; -The HOA is very active and alert. They fine smokes and watch the security cameras; -Location. Tough to beat. Hardly used our car. Besides the IGA, go to Platts Seafood, Basil Pizzeria, Black Pearl Mini-Golf, Snooky’s, para-sailing, Cherry Grove Pier. Other places are worth the walk nearby. What to bring next time: -Small shovel for the beach umbrella; -Less clothes; -Knife sharpener; -Mattress camping pad to add firmness to the bed; -Sound machine to drown-out the partiers; -Flex seal; -Squeegee to clean-off the car windows. Would I rent here again? Maybe but would have to be less cost and off-peak. Too many partiers made it feel more like Spring Break even though North Myrtle Beach tauts the area as being family-oriented. I was expecting a quiet, family-based time other than the night of July 4th. I anticipated fireworks and parties that night. Unfortunately, it went-on through the week with no law enforcement despite my calls to NMB Dispatch (non-emergency number). Great area amenities, just not what was expected based on what was presented before-hand.

The strict smoking policies at the complex, prohibited motorcycle parking, 4th floor pool, and beachfront location made the unit perfect for our stay with young kids. Parking was easy, and we could be on the beach in minutes from the 8th floor unit. Communication with the owner was great, and we especially appreciated an accommodation he made for us during our stay. Our Cherry Grove Beach highlights included soft serve at Dairy Hut and dining at Basil’s Pizza. Otherwise, the IGA was convenient for quick lunches and other essentials. We didn’t cook any meals other than breakfast, but we certainly could have as the kitchen had everything necessary. Note that you will need to bring your own spices, cooking oils, etc. as only a starter supply of paper products were provided in the unit. We enjoyed our stay at Tim's property, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This property was just perfect. Beautiful decor, spotless, everything was top notch. Linens, kitchenware lighting was just perfect. We can hardly wait until the next time we can stay in this beautiful spot.
