The property was just as described. It was very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We really appreciated the Keurig and how well it was stocked. The layout of the house is unique, reminded us of an old Florida home. The beds were extremely comfortable, best night sleep we all had in a long time. We loved the off the beaten path loacation and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay at this beautiful home again.

This place was so comfortable for our family. The updated master bedroom was fabulous. It was a great quiet little neighborhood in the perfect location. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to stay on a canal that is a very short kayak paddle to miles of marsh kayaking. House is very clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Many new updates in the house. Hot tub on enclosed porch was very popular with our group. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Many things to see and do in the Homosassa and Crystal River area. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to kick back and relax!

Unfortunately this area was part of hurricane idalia and because of that we were moved across the street so I would like to tell you about River Garden Absolutely wonderful inside and out. The house was clean and way accommodating and the outside was everything you would ever want for a vacation in Florida We made friends with Charlie the Heron as well as the neighborhood River Otter We would definitely visit this paradise again Thank you Dani great job

This house was perfect for our family/friend vacation. Location was nice, quite and very relaxing! The ice machine was a huge bonus with filling coolers for our boat trips! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My family of four (2 teen boys) enjoyed our 4 night stay. House had everything we needed with room to spread out. Located in a more full-time residential area but nothing is more than a couple minutes away. We rented a golf cart which made parking easier in town (Sunset Carts delivered to the rental). The weather was uncooperative on one of our days, so we enjoyed fishing from the dock to entertain ourselves. We ate all meals but breakfast at restaurants, though the kitchen was stocked with all needed supplies and there was a grill outside. Ice machine in back yard was hugely helpful. We recommend this property and hope to get back on another occasion.

Issues addressed right away.

This is one of our favorite trips we take each year, 3rd year staying at Dani’s place. Perfect location and the amenities are great. We love everything about this place, boat ramp is close and the ice maker is a huge bonus! Be back next year for sure. As always, thanks for sharing your home.

We had a great time. The check in process was so easy.

Place was perfect. Beds are comfortable, A/C cold with fans as well. Very cozy. Back yard was cool right on the water , boat dock ramp super closed by. We seen sitting on the patio, otters, dolphin and even caught catfish in the back yard (fishing) ice machine and kayaks were a plus.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with another couple on Memorial Day weekend. The house was clean and had plenty of room inside and out. The property far exceeded our expectations. We were even able to navigate our 24’ boat down the canal and out to the Gulf and to the Springs with little to no problem. The jacuzzi was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend staying here. Dani was a great host and made the stay a very enjoyable one. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Everything was wonderful!! Dani had everything you could possible need, including all the little things I usually bring like coffee, trash bags, dish soap and more. My favorite is the back yard on the canal, quiet, peaceful, all you hear is birds and the winds and occasional boats. Kayaking was so fun too!! We will be back!

Awesome location! Easy drive to homosassa springs wildlife park. Close to Hunter springs where we swam with manatees! My family loved the backyard and watching the otter swim by. The hot tub and kayaks were a bonus! Great house for fishing camp adventures!

Very clean property. The hot tub was great., and the screened in bar/porch was so comfortable. So relaxing out by the water. Dani, the host made sure that there was everything you might need available. Easy check in and check out.

Loved the hot tub, the quiet location, and the beautiful sunsets from the nearby boat ramp. Space was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed kayaking, playing cards, grilling out, and taking the scenic boat cruise in Kings Bays nearby.

The place was perfect to spend with friends for a weekend getaway. Close to the fun bars and good food . We parked the cars and rented a golf cart and drove that the entire weekend. Hot tub and ice maker were the great additions. Will visit again soon !!

If you need a clean, fun spot for a Homosassa trip this is it! The only downside is I wish it had ONEmore room but outside was so much fun, owners provided everything we needed, even bandaids and lighter fluid!

We only live about 1 hour away & visit Homosassa frequently. We booked this for my fiancés birthday & had family & friends over to celebrate. There’s room for 8 to sleep but there was only my fiancé and myself that stayed at this hideaway. Thank you Dani for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property.

Check-in was easy, the property was very clean and had everything we needed. This was our second time staying here and we will be back. The upgrades to the outside area are a nice addition. Dani is a great host, thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

We loved the fishcamp/cabin feel of the home. Perfect for our little boat with the great dock out back and boat ramp one street away. The outdoor shower and ice machine were very use full as well . We would definitely stay here again!

average house bit of a messy neighbourhood not what we expected for total cost of 425 per night

The property was messy. The jacuzzi was broken but listed as an amenity. The only reason this property was chosen was because of the jacuzzi. The owner was aware the jacuzzi was broken but didn’t disclose that when I booked the rental. Totally inappropriate. I should be partiality refunded since the owner rented the property under false information. The kayaks were disgustingly filthy, broken and not usable same for the life preservers. The neighborhood wasn’t anything special. The owners should be shamed of themselves for renting this place out without doing a thorough cleaning and making sure the listed amenities were usable. This is not a place for children or seniors, too many awkward steps and the two roof sun decks are in terrible condition. Hope no one falls through, some very weak areas and again it was disgusting and covered in debris. I intend to report this property to VRBO unless the owner does what’s right. At checkout, I messaged about the broken jacuzzi and I was told that they were aware it was broken and apparently aware of how filthy the place was and that April is their deep-cleaning month. Can’t believe they would rent it in this condition.

We were pleased with the location of the house and its proxemity to the business district. Our host was very prompt in responding to our needs. The only down side of the interior was the steps going to the bedrooms. Older people could possibly fall, so care sshould be taken at all times.

My husband and I just lost our home in a fire and we absolutely needed this vacation. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Absolutely love their set up! Very accommodating and such a beautiful little town. Thank you so much!

Inside the house was clean. We had to dust off the bar on back screened in porch before usable. Dishwasher, garbage disposal and hot tub did not work. They were very responsive but could only fix dishwasher after 2 visits. BBQ grill was a mess spent an hour cleaning. House is odd because it is an old house. Deck by canal is nice.

This home was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay, and everything was in working order. The property is in a beautiful location, and while we did not have a boat, it would be a great place if you did have one. The dock is very nice and would be easy to use as far as getting into and out if your boat. This property best suits individuals who are able to easily climb steps.
