Family from many states converged on Ann Arbor for a wedding and these houses were a great way we could all stay together, eat together and yet have separate areas for quiet, sleep, game playing and meal prep. Decor was beautiful. Little things like soap and toiletries and kitchen items were much appreciated.

10 of us came together from 6 different locations for a family reunion to celebrate my mom's upcoming 80th. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the stay.
It was the first time to Ann Arbor for all of us and the house was a perfect home base. It was great to be able to easily walk to Kerrytown (note: there is no sidewalk for a short leg of it, and there is a slight hill on the way back). All 10 of us (ages 17-80) did the walk together.
The house itself was well equipped and David and Ellen were very responsive and helpful throughout.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

hThis rental was the perfect solution for my big Irish family, getting together in Ann Arbor for our niece’s wedding. The houses accommodated us all in comfort and the large living space in the bigger house was the perfect gathering spot for both houses. The houses were spotless and very well-equipped and communications with the owners were very smooth..

We had a wonderful time in this well outfitted house with our crew of Michigan alums. Walkable to Kerrytown.

We enjoyed being able to have both homes available for our multi-family vacation. The main home was beautifully updated. Hosts were great with communication and helped us to resolve some appliance issues we ran into. The smaller home wasn’t well air conditioned upstairs, so that made nights harder for sleeping in the summer. We mostly used the main home for our stay since the living area in the other home was very small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

These Twin Town Houses were perfect for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids. The location was in walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor and in a lovely neighborhood with near by park and nature hikes.

Amazing property and location!
Such a wonderful stay at The Twin Townhomes! The place is lovely, super clean, and well equipped. The location is fantastic - we walked downtown and to Zingerman's multiple times. The park up the street and walking trail across from the house were great outlets for our kids and teens to get outside and move. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again!
