Yes, I would be glad to comment on our stay. We selected to stay because they advertised a handicapped shower. We got up early and had NO hot water. Therefore, being disabled I needed to stay at a handicapped location. I was unable to shower! Making our stay very unpleasant. When my husband told the clerk at checkout, she just blew it off. I'll tell someone about it, not I'm sorry or any other reference to our inability to bathe. When we checked in we paid in CASH as you are aware, a credit card is required for the stay, then our credit card was charged for our stay also. We contacted our credit card, after talking to someone in charge. Our credit card company was contacted and they removed the charge from our credit card.

Breakfast options were minimal and less than at comparable hotels. The yogurt was, frankly, awful and tasted like chemicals

My family did not eat breakfast because it was not provided. It was an extra 10.00 a day we were told.
