Very pleased with our stay, everything was very well organized. Checking in was with no hassle and the entire stay was enjoyable. Very clean and well stocked for necessary items!

We had an incredible time. The property is just as described and is located right on the oceanfront. Great location within a couple blocks of the PCH, a beach park and many other things. We had a couple of minor issues come up and the property manager immediately responded and resolved them. One of the best places we've every stayed and we'll definitely be back!

Took my daughter and my family for a pre birthday celebration since my family started arriving they were amazed by the property and its spectacular location & views, the staff was very helpful and great communication since we booked and arrived, by the way all my guest besides bragging about the place had one comment in common "the beds and pillows super comfortable". Thank you!!!

My family loved staying in this property. It was bigger and better than we expected with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. My bother and his family were able to use the upstairs while my family and parents stayed downstairs. Having two kitchens and multiple tables was great. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The unit is beautifully decorated. The views from both levels were enjoyable. The location was nice because it was more private. We were able to access the beach close to the house ( mid morning time), although it was difficult to get down the steps and over the rocks. We had a couple of people slip on the rocks. The internet is not great in this location. We did have a couple of issues including the tv not working and the garage door wouldn’t go down all the way near the end of our stay. The property managers responded very quickly. Even with those problems, we would definitely stay here again.

This a great get away vacation for a big family. A lot of room for activities and a great location. Definitely will book the place again in the future.

Loved this property so much. It’s a huge lovely townhome with beautiful views. It’s brand new and absolutely worth the visit. Don’t hesitate to book.

GORGEOUS view. For the most part our stay was close to perfect. There were a few things that caused some discomfort:-The configuration of the house was a bit strange.-One of the bathrooms had 2 toilets and 2 showers in it, so only one guest could use at a time.-One of the rooms had a futon, which was NOT a queen size, it was a twin and extremely uncomfortable.-One room had no doors and was directly connected to another room, so made guests uncomfortable.-There was not enough sheets for pullout beds(no fitted sheets). -There was no pillows for pullout beds/futton.-bottom patio was extremely crowded, with too much furniture and large planters. Hard to move around.With that being said, staff was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful. Kitchen had all amenities. House extremely clean. We would definitely recommend and rent again!

As always Beachfront Only offers a worry free rental experience. I always feel comfortable renting through them. Everything is clean, works as it should and there are more than enough towels and kitchen items supplied. The grill, spa and fire pit were great. That being said this unit is nice but has a few kinks.... We enjoyed hanging out upstairs playing games with the patio doors open enjoying the ocean sounds but we did not feel comfortable doing this downstairs as a homeless person had let themselves in to our unit our first day there. We were told they would put a hotel lock on our door but that never happened. There is a serious lack of water pressure in this unit. It would take 5-10 minutes for the water to get warm enough to take a shower and even then it was barely enough water to rinse the shampoo from your hair. The normal walking or moving of chairs in the upper unit is LOUD. Throw in a couple rowdy kids running around (as kids do) and it becomes the complete opposite of relaxing.
