We had a little trouble with checkin and it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, but it was quickly resolved! We loved our stay, the house was very comfortable and well furnished with all the blankets, pillows and kitchen gear, and household supplies. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn't ask for a more comfortable and hospitable stay in Glenwood. The house is beautiful and comfortable and in a great location.... 20 min walk downtown or quick car ride. Great outdoor space too. Highly recommend.

We stayed here to Ski Aspen and it was a great stay - 2 minutes to the restaurants/stores in Glenwood Springs, very close to the hot springs, and an easy drive to Aspen. Wifi was strong and the house was comfortable. The couch was a pull out sleeper sofa. There is a full washer and dryer, and the kitchen is very stocked.

We too are vacation home owners, and ratings are everything... without a doubt this is an incredible house and we would rent it again! THINGS WE LOVED -- wow the remodel is stunning, love the layout of the house, plenty of spices, appliances, nice touches like filters for the coffee maker, well appointed kitchen with everything you need, the location is fabulous, love the TWO patios -- one is perfect for coffee, cocktails and hanging out -- the back one is perfect for group meals in nature! The house is very modern decorated and very much appreciated. The gas grill in the back is awesome, and we also appreciated having two tanks ready to go -- we knew right away we could grill with no problems. The pictures on VRBO are spot-on. Thank you for having starter shower soaps, dishwashing soap, etc. **HOWEVER -- some constructive criticism for the owners** MOST IMPORTANT FEEDBACK -- We are HIGHLY upset about the house being advertised as sleeping eight, but you are charged $40 per person over six people -- this is unacceptable, and I've never seen vacation owners advertise one thing and charge another -- this is false advertising, despite this being stated... --in the small print. Just another way to get more money from people, and it doesn't cost you $40 to wash one more set of sheets! YIKES! 2. We could not lock the front door, couldn't reach anyone about it, then we recalled we were advised of a back-up key lock-box. Even with the key, however, it took jiggling the key and turning the knob to get it to lock; -- very un-nerving. 3. The master bedroom bathroom needs a locking door 4. The Pre-arrival email with a discount code to Glenwood Adventure Park did not work; I tried contacting our property manager but they responded way to late. 5. We were afraid of the heat and this house not having A/C, but the house provided plenty of fans to put about and the house cooled down to low 50s at night with windows open -- HOWEVER some of the fans didn't work. 6. The blinds in all the rooms are great for general privacy, but definitely recommend black-out curtains as each room is BRIGHT in the morning! 7. Note the citronella candle in the back was unusable due to the wick being in the candle -- such a tiny thing, but just letting you know. Congrats to the owners on a fabulous vacation home! We loved it!

The house was nice, spacious and clean inside. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The decks had beautiful views of the mountains and were private. The only unsatisfactory review we give is for the dirty patio furniture and the sagged chair cushions from the dining area in the kitchen.

The house was beautifully located right next to the mountainside. The neighborhood, neighbors and owners were also nice and welcoming. The house was conveniently laid out with lots of windows and a nice heating-fireplace. One thing that could improve this place even more is new and fresh towels and bedding. Otherwise, we loved our stay in the house as we welcomed 2022.

Great location close to town and in a spot that gives the sense of remoteness. Large kitchen and open living space so everyone can sit comfortably in the same room. Loved having 21/2 decks, 1 for cooking and dining, and 11/2 for relaxing. Wildlife in the big yard... deer, and a white tailed black fox and lots of hummingbirds. It would be nice to have new linens dedicated to the VRBO, as opposed to worn hand me downs from another home. We did not know prior to getting check in instructions that there were people living in a lower duplex. They were nice, but wafting cigarette smoke caused some problems for someone in our party. The relaxing patio could use some more comfortable furniture, specifically the wicker couch. We would stay again.

Great clean property and the location was close to many attractions. Kitchen fully equipped! Beautiful new floors and bathrooms. Love the multiple outdoor seating options. Only downside was that it had no AC. During the time we stayed in late July the temperature was around high 80F and was uncomfortable at night and sleeping was challenging

We stayed here with friends for five nights in July (4 adults, 4 kids). The property is nice but lacking some essentials - no lamps in the bedrooms, no wine glasses, no colander, limited laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We ended up going to the grocery store on a holiday weekend to get what we needed, which was irritating given the money we spent on this rental. There were plenty of fans, which is great, but when it's 90+ degrees every day, it's still very hot - the unit is on the 2nd floor and the window coverings aren't substantial. We got the temp down every night but it was 80+ degrees by early afternoon, every day. This rental could be great in the fall/winter/spring with a little more TLC from the managers. It's close to town, but offers some privacy and space. There are only a few neighbors, and they're friendly.

Very nice space. Nice views from the porch . Well stocked with towels , comfy beds , everything you need was there . Fans for the rooms with no a/c to cool. Nicely situated on property with no real neighbors on top of you. Apartment downstairs has very nice tenants.

Overall, the property fit our needs perfectly! It was clean and very well equipped. The only concern was the tenant downstairs. The property did not feel "private" as we heard loud music and the garage door opening/closing very early in the mornings. The tenants were very friendly; however, if you're looking for privacy this is not the property for you. There was an episode of juggling fire late one evening in the front yard by the tenant as well. This property would be stellar if more private.

Beautiful view of Glenwood Springs and the surrounding mountains. Short drive to skiing at Sunlight Mountain. Would stay here again.

Decided last minute to do a quick weekend getaway with the family. Chose this property because of its proximity to the hot springs. Amazing property. Newly updated, super clean, family friendly, and extra comfortable. Extra bonus was the enormous front yard area for the kids to play football and laser tag. Definitely will be returning on our next trip to Glenwood.

We had a great visit to Glenwood Springs and felt like we were at home the whole time. This house has everything you might need right at your fingertips. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries, the kitchen had wonderful pots, pans and plenty of dishes and the deck had a great table and grill set up. There were stunning views literally from every window in the home and we were even lucky to see some deer. We're already planning for our next trip back!
